Completely satisfied with my dinner from McDonald's tonight. Ordered two kids meals, one 6 piece nuggets the other a... cheeseburger no onions and 2 spicy chicken meals. We got two chocolate milkshakes and chocolate milk and a sprite. Everythingcame out hot and fresh. Fries were crispy. Nuggets were good and daughter's hamburger was made with no onions as asked.Cashier and server were helpful and friendly as well. Edit 10/7/22 I understand how having new staff can throw some kinks in awell running machine. Tonight my family and I ate in the restaurant. We ordered at the kiosk and got out table tent and satdown...and we sat, and we sat, and when we finally got my husband's food only, they said they called our number (no one in therestaurant heard them) when you sit inside with a table tent they are supposed to bring the food to you. Lazy as hell. No sense of urgency, no customer service, just lazy kids running around and the manager Jeremy is of no help. I... waited 15 minutes for an order of fries and when I asked for a refund, there was no apology, no acknowledgement, nothing.Terrible, terrible staff. Several times here and every time my order was messed up! I customize my order because I don?t want anything on my food and... everyone knows plain doesn?t mean plain here! So I order from the kiosk and select 0 for every condiment, but that doesn?t stopthem from putting it on! Great place to wait 4hrs for your 1hr ETR from pep boys. Has ac, food, drink, and WiFi. Staff will only occasionally give you a... "why TF are you still here" look. Read more
I couldn?t make this up even if i wanted to. We ordered a McChicken, they gave us the buns, the mayo, the cheese, the... lettuce?but not chicken. They made the entire sandwich without the chicken. It?s literally like a meme come to life. My burgerwas crazy burnt and just all over the place, I went back in to grab a single cheeseburger not even a quarter pounder and it tooknearly 15 minutes but no one else was at the store so it wasn?t like they were busy. Five Guys finishes a burger faster thanthat. I?ve never made a review for McDonalds before because whenever I go I?m not going for perfection but this was possibly oneof my worst experiences.
