Royal Buffet is my favorite place to go. Staff is nice and food is always fresh and plentiful.
If I could give 0 stars I most definitely would. Terrible buffet will never be back and will most definitely not recommend to... anyone they literally gave us food toxicity we are currently at the hospital because of it. I understand that I can not expect much from an affordable Asian buffet. I mindlessly trusted the star rating on Google, 3.8. It... is a little higher than Ruby Buffet. I didn't have a good experience here before, but I believed the star rating, which betrayedme. All plates and cups are made out of styrofoam, which is highly unsafe for hot foods. Utnesils are plastic. I got shocked.Everything here was against the environment, and the owner didn't mind it, just like Chinese people usually do in mainlandChina. Except for hibachi, which I didn't try, every food seems to be cooked or defrosted in the microwave. I've seen horribleAsian restaurants, but this is one of the worst ones. Food still had the scent of freezers. Although it advertises as a sushibuffet, there is no authentic sushi with actual fish. As you will see from my photos, even a built egg is in the role. Gosh, itwas unbelievable. Frid rice was extraordinarily salty and had the smell of a freezer. Even deserts too. I do not recommend thisbuffet at all. The only reason I give one star is because it is the lowest rate I can give and also because the owner?s youngson, who seems to be an elementary school student helping his parents. I will never go to this restaurant again. I'd ratherdrive 30 minutes to go to Ruby Buffet if I want to go to a sushi buffet. Read more
This place is horrible. We walked in with high hopes to only be let down. We were greeted at the entrance and was seated... quickly. Once we gave our drink order we went to get our food. The serve wear, such as plates and cups were styrofoam, plasticutensils, and very cheap napkins that would wipe much. The food was very cheap and wasn't worth the price to eat. Sushi wasterrible. One of sushi items was rice with imitation crab and velveeta type cheese. Very disgusting. I deserve my money back!The desserts were okay.. Some chocolate piece had marshmallow in it and the outside had something with a styrofoam pieces onit.. GROSS! 2/10/22 Update: the "owner" replied to me in another language which translates to, There are always many people wholike it. Unfortunately for them most people don't compared to other reviews. They use to have better quality of food but once the pandemic hit their quality has gone down a bit. Does that mean I wouldn't... go back? No, their food is still good and the staff is so friendly! Definitely go check it out. Read more
The price of just under $14 is amazing, especially for all the choices you get. However, everything tasted like it was a day... old, and overall poor quality. I tried some new foods and some items I would typically get at a Chinese restaurant, and the onlyfood item I liked was the deep fried nuggets. Something that many may not understand, but the Pepsi here was ON POINT. Sortalike taco bells Pepsi, that nice crisp mix of just the right syrup and water. Finally, the staff... The best part. They wereall so friendly and helpful. Lots of smiles. And they enforce child labor, which I love so I couldn't possibly give them onestar. The point being, if you're just trying to stuff your face with lots of somewhat edible food for a low price, I'd go here. Read more
