Went to the Taco Bell in West Berlin, Rt 73. What a mistake! Drive through around 3pm, my mistake! Ordered 2 Supreme hard shell.... 1st of all was cold, ton of sour cream or whatever on bottom, then layer of cold meat & scarce lettuce & tomato. All for thehigh price of close to $6.00. No Soda. Hadn't been for at least 8 months..were good then..never saw sour cream on bottom to fillthe darn things up. Will not be returning. Read more
Awesome team work in getting the line going today at lunch. I am proud to have this store in my neighborhood. When I came to... the USA, Summerwood hired me as a front of house trainer and I learned the culture of working in the USA from this company. Nowyears later I am a customer who support with great pride and joy. My entire family had worked with this brand as well. However,today the team was on point with smiles, helpfulness and speed of delivery. Overall a terrific experience and great tastingfresh tacos, hot fries, and fresh chips and warm cheese. Read more

THIS IS THE BEST TACO BELL PERIOD. pulling up I said ?this Taco Bell always makes my food perfect ? and what happens PERFECTION.... Big meaty cheesy burritos for a dollar ! We ordered a huge order for our movers, the staff was all very young and I'll admit, I have 4 teenagers, I was expecting at... least a couple missing or messy items but NOPE! This crew was on point! They got everyone's order correct and they were justabsolute sweethearts. Read more
I have to begin by saying I travel a lot....I am fussy about fast food...This Taco Bell was exceptionally clean and well run...I... was there on a Saturday evening and they were busy inside as well as the drive up window.This Manager had a great crewworking... How tf can you call this a chicken chalupa without chicken and don't even bother to mention it to me ahead of time if you're out... or some sort of issue I consider this poor it's like trying to call a pizza a pizza without the sauce or cheese bad enough noteven busy was the only person there in the drive through I highly do not recommend this place ???? unless the chicken just plainlooks like the beef on the taco if so then I apologize if anything but if that's the case could at least use grilled chickenbits or pieces for the chicken chiluipas Read more
Tacos were horrible, soggy and cold ! Will never go to Taco Bell again! Nacho fries portions size was ridiculously small so was... the rice and beans. Forgot the hot sauces and was about the same price as 3 adults sitting at a diner with drinks and dessertnot to mention service. Read more
