ok, I have gone to eat many times with my husband and my son, everything is very tasty, their new options and everything... but... there is only one person there (he is a fat and big boy) who keeps an apron, cap and gloves ... he complies with all kindnesswith the clients when he served us the food very kind and smiling he left us a great impression and it is seen that he worksvery hard, while with the others, some in shorts, without caps or aprons, and with their long unprotected beards, the managerjust sitting down passes on the high chairs at the entrance, and the boss is almost never there, the phones should be part ofhis pocket or backpack, they should not be kept on the kitchen table, the man who does you never see gloves on the hamburgers...it's a good franchise, very good flavor but many things have to be arranged with the cooks. This place is disgusting! Please don?t be fooled by the pictures, I know we all sometimes want a good greasy burger. But this... place actually made my stomach hurt afterwards. The grease was literally seeping through the bag for our burger and the chickensandwich. I made accommodations for no pickles on the chicken sandwich and they put pickles. I ask for the chipotle mayo on thissandwich. And it literally was drenched and seeping through the wrapping and through the bag from the mayo. We also got theirloaded bacon and cheese fries, which were cold and had a piece of hair in it. I would not return to this place and would neversuggest anyone coming here. Read more
THE FOOD WAS SO AMAZING!! I got the Cheeezy Burger and Big Easy with 2 vanilla milkshakes. The milkshakes were so good. To be... honest it might be one of the best vanilla milkshakes i?ve had. Then the burgers made my night. It was so flavorful and warm. Idefinitely recommend this place if you?re looking for a good burger. I definitely will be ordering from here again. Read more
Stop by around 5:15pm, ordered a double burger and side of fries and drink. Food came out in about 10 minutes, burger was hot... but the fries were 2 degrees above room temperature. I didn?t take them back just picked at the warm ones. Place seems worn, notas clean especially if you look behind the counter. This place would get over 5 stars if it was an option! My boyfriend and I had never been here and we ordered chicken tenders... with fries and a single burger with fries and a chocolate banana milkshake. The single burger isn't very big (under 1/4 pound)but you have an option to get two patties instead of one. Burger was delicious! I would compare it to a burger from Stewart'sbut without all the heavy grease. Has a wonderful taste! The fries were perfect as well! They weren't too crunchy or too soft,just right and with just enough salt to satisfy! My only complaint was that my milkshake didn't taste like it had enough bananain it, but even then, it wasn't too rich and I still drank the whole thing. The chicken looked hand breaded and was "megaawesome" as my boyfriend says. It was juicy without too much crunch and just had the perfect seasonings to it! Plus it wasn'ttoo expensive! We spent about $26 for two meals with a milkshake upcharge. Was not expecting it to taste so good for thatprice 10/10 will come here again! Honestly was a bit disappointed. Food took about 15 minutes and there were only 2 orders for the place. Didn't get a drink... because the juice containers were not clean. I hate leaving poor reviews but this place used to be so good a few years back andnow it's not. I ordered the beyond burger as is, with a few add ons and it was done wrong. Which is fine, it happens. But it isan open kitchen so I did see that gloves weren't changed at all while phones were being talked on the whole time. It wasn't evenlike it was teenagers working. We were all adults. It was just disappointing and I won't be going back at least to thislocation. Read more
Foul, I have been wanting to try this place since I worked at virtua. I normally will take my lose but not one thing was good,... they don?t know how to prep or pack. I work hard for my money. I?m upset. I?ll pass on this place. Wasted my half hour. I?ve hadbetter gas station food. I took the ads out of our break rooms, I don?t want anyone else here to waste their lunch break ormoney. Don't expect service at this place. One person was inside eating and three people were working behind counter. Waited several... minutes at order station but was never greeted or acknowledged. Saw signs that said take a seat and order online for quickservice. Sat down and proceeded to order 4 burgers and sides which came up with a 27 minute wait. Starting to walk out and oneof the 3 employees who were now sitting at a table talking asked do you want to place an order? Too late could have asked 10minutes ago. Will never return. Read more
