I had done a mobile order. I waited at the store for over 45 minutes in total. After seeing the person at the window they told... me to pull up and wait for the food. 20 minutes later a gentleman comes out and says they don't have any salads. At this pointmy card has already been billed because of the fact that he selected my order. He told me I could come back the next day to getthe food if I want to. Made no sense whatsoever. I said what about the rest of the order and he told me to place another orderand then get back in line after I've already had been there at this point for almost 30 minutes. I place another mobile orderand couldn't cancel the other order. I come through to get the food and I asked him about the refund for the other order. Hecalled over what I assumed was a manager and she told me that I should call and dispute it with my credit card. I told her thatthey didn't have the items so why doesn't she just cancel it. She was making no sense whatsoever in what she was telling me. Iget home with whatever food was available and they gave me the wrong burger and the fries were horrible, old and stale. Thislocation usually does a good job. The inside of the store had already closed and there are at least five staff members that Icould see inside. If they're helping one customer at a time because it's drive-thru only they should be able to get the ordersright and there shouldn't be a huge wait. I know there's a shortage of staff right now typically but the owner needs to take agood look at the business and what employees are there. This rating was for this particular visit. Has taken a turn for the worse. If you like nasty old fries then this is the place to get them. The service is so ridiculously... slow. Also it seems they never are reopening the inside, probably virtue signaling. So their drive thru line gets really long. Isat in line for probably about 20 minutes only to get nasty old fries as usual. I don?t even bother complaining to them anymore.Hopefully the corporate office will fire the clown managing this dump. Here at this wendys, waited 10 mins at the drive thru window, no one answered,tried to go inside and the door was locked, i... drove around and saw 3 employees just hanging out and chatting and looked at me from the corner of their eyes and went abouttheir way pretending there is noone. Called the store phone as well no answer. Yeah they need new management here! Read more

I stopped in for a meal with my granddaughter. Spent close to $15.00 dollars. The meal was the worst I have ever had at Wendy?s.... My spicy chicken sandwich was cold, the kids chicken nuggets were hard along with the fries. If it were not for the fact thatshe was with me??I would have taken the meal back to the counter and demanded my money back!!!! Will never go back to thisWendy?s ever again. Read more

I arrived at 5:00 PM and tried to go inside to order, door was locked. I sat in the drive through line for about 20 minutes... before getting to the ordering speaker. Waited 3-4 minutes before someone asked for my order. Placed my order for 2+ meals anda small Frosty and when I got to the window I offered smaller bills to make things easier because of the long line of customers,the lady reacted like I kicked her dog. I made the mistake of not checking my order until after clearing the drive throughwindow and it was only half complete. I called 2x, no answer, hoping to avoid getting back in a 20 minute line. After gettingto the window the manager asked for my receipt, which i didn't receive. After repeating my order she said I only ordered oneVALUE meal, at $20. I reluctantly paid an additional $10 for a second VALUE meal and asked for a receipt, not given. Out of thekindness of one of the window associate's hearts they offered a free cookie. Big deal! I waited for probably 45 minutes totalfor 2+ meals paid $30 with the first meal now cold and had the satisfaction of being offered a cookie. I understand manpower isprobably low and those that are working probably suffer from low morale but Wendy's customers shouldn't be made to suffer aswell. Mistakes happen and I'm all for forgiveness but there was absolutely no compassion for the aggravation, not to mentionexpense, I went through. It would have been quicker to go to a local diner and probably no more expensive. It's rare that Imake complaints here but this is my third unsatisfactory visit to this Wendy's in recent weeks and I'm sorry to say my last. Asmuch as I feel for the associates the customer is the sole reason Wendy's exists! Read more

Unfortunately my today?s experience of having my lunch at this location was negative. Firstly, to order I had to wait more than... normal! One lady at the counter was doing all the work! Taking orders, delivering food, talk to customers for all dine-incustomers! As a result the overall service quality was not great ????! But the worst part was after I got my food, I found outthat the chicken wasn?t properly cooked! Half of the steak ???? was half cooked and rest was ok! I stopped here on Nov 26th and purchased a meal. I drove off and when I bit into my burger I tasted something acidic. When I... spit it out it was a alcohol swab/pad inside the sandwich. I returned to the store, they wouldn't let me inside afterexplaining my situation and asked I go to the drive thru. I did, they asked me to park and a manager (I believe her name wasCaitlyn) came out full of excuses as to why that could have happened, not apologetic at all... As if I placed it there myselfand even said she had seen me there before. I just moved to South Jersey a month ago and had never been to this establishment, it's beyond disgusting and upsetting for people to think this was not a big deal, I could have really became sick from this"accident". I have reached out to corporate a couple times and have yet to hear anything what so ever. Read more
