We went to this location to grab an early dinner. There were probably 15-20 other people that did the same thing we did. There... were at least FOUR employees in the restaurant with tge door LOCKED! No note on the door to indicate what the problem was. Verydisappointing! Read more

The crew at this location lacks any sense of hustle. I just walked out after standing 6th in line for several minutes while the... four crew members all stood behind the counter with their backs to the customers. Not a single productive thing appeared to behappening except one person casually chopping meat. This is the same experience that I had at the same time last week. They'velost my future business. This Chipotle is always a disaster. You can place your order online for pickup and it is always AT LEAST 20 minutes late being... ready. If you come in to order your food sometimes they are taking online orders only. Other times there is a line wrappedaround the restaurant with 1 person making the orders. This is not a new, or one time occurrence, it has been this way for abouta year now. The employees are trying I think, but the management needs to get the staffing figured out because this location isalways a hot mess. Read more

This has to be hands down the worst managed chipotle restaurant in the world. Placed an order with Uber eats, was told my order... was ready and then drove there with two kids to only find out they closed early (at 2PM vs advertised closed time of 4pm). I just used the Chipotle located at 6753 Orchard Lake Rd. West Bloomfield to cater an office event for 35 people. I cannot tell... you how awesome they were to work with and how delicious their food was!!! They showed up on time and my order was completelycorrect. Update to my previous review: placed an online order on 4/15/21. As others have mentioned, the order was not ready for 45... minutes after the order time. Everyone was crowded inside waiting on their orders. After I got home, my order was wrong! Theyhave me chicken instead of steak and other ingredients were wrong. I placed an online order a couple of weeks ago too and thewait was 30 minutes past what the app said it would be ready. The rice was crunchy, or was either uncooked or dry and old. Thewhole thing tasted funny. Not going back to this location until they fix what's wrong. I placed an online order using the appand everything worked out smoothly. They have a new pickup area where you bypass the register completely. It was very quick andconvenient. The food was packed nicely and made it home in good shape. Read more
