Really wish there were more friendly people here. Everyone looked at us up and down as if we didn?t belong. Made a mistake and... walked into the members only room and almost got our neck chopped off. No one smiling except to the regular customers. Well, Idon?t live here and was looking for a better experience. Instead we got ridiculed looks and no warmth. Not sure of why but Iwill never come here again! Cindy was the only nice person. Just stopped in today (09/24/2022) around 10:15. After leaving Prime 29 from some dinner, we decided to smoke a cigar. We were... stopping in to celebrate a buddies birthday. We were a group of 3 people, everyone knows how long Licenses take to arrive afterexpiring. Anyway the guy who greeted us asked for IDs. The buddy of mine had a void punched through is old license because heordered a new one a couple weeks ago. He said he couldn?t accept it. Which my buddy said no problem and showed him a validpassport card. He said he couldn?t accept it. If someone doesn?t drive, even if they are over the LEGAL age. How would theyenjoy a cigar with such an uneducated staff. A valid passport card, is a better form of identification than a license. Licensesare commonly faked and he provided him a real valid passport card. I?m not sure what the guys name was but he was a large whiteguy. Someone come teach him that a valid id is required and last time i checked. A passport card is a valid form of ID, andhonestly is the best form of id. A good cigar lounge in my humble opinion consists of several different factors. Comfort, cigar selection and friendliness of... staff. This cigar lounge gets five stars in all three areas. From the tobacconist who was readily available to help with anyselection I might need. To the bartender Cynthia who did an excellent job making my drinks and making me feel welcome. I travelall over the world with my job and visit dozens of different cigar lounges in any country I might be in. This lounge rates in mytop three anywhere in the world. Whenever you are close to Detroit it is well worth a drive here to enjoy a cigar and a gooddrink with friendly people. Read more
