Placed an order at 4:45, arrived at 9:20pm. No communication from the store. Tried calling numerous times and they never... answered or just hung up on me. Order from the store on northwestern in southfield instead. They have much customerservice. Update: this location has greatly improved since my original review. took a $25 gift card to pay for my phone order on Haggerty north of 15mile. they could not get it to work.the manager with " I... could care less " attitude told me to call the # on the back of the card.. and pay for the order. I did. there is no corporate#. I called the store and after a very long wait they gave me the #. I have spent a lot of time online.. there are no humansfrom corporate that will answer. their final answer was try again and use a different format. I will , ANY other pizza storeexcept domino's !!!! We arranged for alate night pizza for our daughter?s wedding and spoke with a representative twice at this location. When I... called to find out why it hadn?t come yet, they said they left a message and said that we were 1 mile out of the area ? whichthey knew when we had placed the order - and said they would they would not bring it. Finally a manager that knows what he's doing! Over the last few weeks the food and service here has become amazing. (Although,... they are still severely understaffed. Sometimes at night they don't have a driver- thats fine, the marsh is gorgeous and just upthe road. Domino's and a sunset ???? ) The food smells, looks, and tastes better!! AND sn the GM is seems to be a great guy.He's hilarious and just creates the perfect atmosphere. Great job! Read more
Either the delivery driver rolled his car on the way or he dropped my pizzas. Either way he gave them to us without saying... anything (tipped in advance online). He also did not update the tracker to mark them delivered, probably so that we can'tcomplain. Read more
This is by far the WORST pizza I have ever had. And, more importantly, this location did not care to resolve the issue with... this terrible pizza. You can see, it appears they put additional toppings on a pre-cooked pepperoni pizza rather than cookingit properly. I complained to no avail. I was a regular customer. I?ll never go back.
