Normally order from the jet?s Pizza on Hagerty and 14 Mile. It was on my way so I ordered from the 15 mile and Orchard Lake... location. Ordered a Large round two topping pizza. Paid for two toppings. Not much for green peppers or sausage I ordered on thepizza. Plus everything was in the middle. Barely any cheese on the pizza. The crust was about 2 inches. Ordered pizza via text app on 9/23, confirmed order and total with rep, shortly after got text price increased and I would be... charged difference, which I didn't authorize. Called store and talked to "Allen ", canceled order,, he said he would submitrequest to credit the money back, should take 3-5 days. On 9/27, no credit to account so called store and spoke to "Alex", hesaid he sees the order cancellatiin and credit request but didn't know why hasn't occurred. Said would refer to districtmanager who would call me back next day. That didn't happen, 6 days later still hasn't returned my money so filed claim with mybank. Will never order from them they are a rip off charging me for a small square pizza 4 slices only and eight piece wings $36 and... on top of that I had to tip a delivery guy $10 for 1 mile because he did not have no change this please it?s a joke and theowner he should be ashamed of himself ripping people off I hope you Close down Read more

Great location and staff! But to Jet's corporate how about pricing in the "tip" at checkout into the meal and paying your... workers a decent wage. It's not up to me to make sure your staff makes a decent living wage. Read more
Typically a great Jets experience but not today, placed my order online, arrived at the estimated time of order completion, then... sat for another 25 minutes(more than doubling the original estimate) to get my food. Then found out one of my items got ?stuckbehind another large order?. So the rest of my pizzas sat for all that extra time. Very disappointing experience. Read more
Horrible service if you are using delivery. Many items I asked for were missing and the delivery person refused to get out of... their car to make the delivery. Will not be frequenting this Jet?s Pizza again. Read more
Always reliable, fresh, good quality pizza! I trust this Jets pizza 100%! It has never failed us! I've never had it taste bad,... never was it cold upon receipt, and (hate to jinx myself) it has never been incorrectly made according to toppings orinstructions. And we love the Ranch dressing! I've stopped by just to pick up the ranch before. Lol! And lastly, Jets has reallynice, respectful, friendly & helpful employees. Thank you Orchard Lake & Maple Jet's Pizza!
