Let me begin this by saying I was more than starving when I came to Olga's that particular day because I had a hospital... procedure at West Bloomfield Henry Ford this place is the best I haven't had ogles in so long and they brought back so manymemories even in the taste with the exception of the snackers don't taste like they used to me I guess it's not enough seasoningon it or whatever but other than that this place is worth coming to the establishment is nice and clean the food was great theservice was impeccable I thought I left my phone there I had to call there these people will really really great and trying tolocate my phone for me I want to find the phone later on in my car it start ringing and that's how I found it thank you Olgaworkers servers thank you so much Read more

We had a terrible experience. Waitress came to our table about 10 min after we were seated. Said she would be right back to... take our order and then proceeded to bus/clean an empty table. We were 1 of 3 parties in the entire restaurant so it could havewaited. I ordered an Olga salad with chicken and side of fries, pretty simple. I got a salad no chicken and no fries. Asked forchicken and received a rubbery and flavorless piece of chicken. Asked for ordered fries and received cold, soggy fries. I wasterribly disappointed about the entire experience. It had been some years since I?d been to Olga?s. Feeling nostalgic, I revisited the place. What a mistake. Fries came out cold... and inedible. The Olga didn?t taste like an Olga. Salads were fine, so that was a positive. The young lady waiting on our tableforgot two things from our simple order and no one came to check on us, or refill our drinks. This is the Olga's we typically dine at. The last two times the to goes have been wrong. This last time we ordered Olga's way... that comes with cheese, cayenne pepper, and garlic powder both with extra sauce. We also ordered it to make it larger. We gottwo regular Olga's one of them with nothing on it completely plane the other had some onions with a little bit of sauce .....noextra meat on any of them. They closed by the time we arrived home. Terrible location. Plus it looks like they changed the meatRecipe? It was meh. I love Olga?s. We used to skip school in the 70s to have lunch. Shhh. LOL. Waited 8 minutes to be seated - only 2 customers in restaurant. Employees were sitting at a table eating and drinking towards... the back not paying attention to anyone coming in- someone poked their head back to tell them they had a customer to seat - alady with Blue hair went to seat me but the tables were dirty and the floor was gross! So she told me to have a seat across theside and put my menu down and walked away- when I walked over that table and the one behind it was dirty as well - I waited forsomeone to come out of the back to help me - I asked her if she could please clean the table and seat and she got upset - whenshe finally cleaned it she took a paper towel and a spray bottle and quickly wiped it - proceeded to ask for my order and walkedaway - when my food came it was cold I asked for it heated - there was so much mayo on the sandwich you couldn?t eat it - Iwaited 20 mins for the waitress to come back and then had to wait for the manager- he explained that Olga?s wants them to put alot of mayo on the sandwiches ???????? there was so much you could have used it for 4 sandwiches!
