We LOVE the food! For our family of 5 we always get the platter for 4 and it is enough food for dinner and plenty of leftovers! ... We ordered tonight and they ran out of yellow rice (which is delicious) so they gave us the wheat... SOOOO good! And to make upfor running out they gave us so much extras, fries, extra wheat, extra sauce, bread, and salad. Thank you for being one of thebest places for family dinner! Today was the first time I ordered food since the remolding. I ordered two chicken shawarma?s, a small Greek salad and a side of... garlic sauce. The sandwiches had no flavor and the chicken was dry as if it wasn?t marinated. Also, the host forgot to includethe salad dressing in my takeout. I was so disappointed that the food was tasteless. I?ve never had this experience at Princess(West Bloomfield) I?m not sure if I?ll go back because the price this carry out was too costly to be disappointed. If this review were just for the food it'd probably be a 3 maybe 4. It's the customer service and lack of planning there that... made this somewhere I won't try again. I went in and was given a take out menu to order from, I decided with the kafta sandwichand loaded fries, I asked for medium which is 8.99. Person helping me informed me that they only have one size now, so I saidooook just give me that then, which ended up being large fries of $11. Of the options from the menu I picked the chicken on theloaded fries, only to find there was a 4$ upcharge. I brought this up to the person helping me and he insisted there was anupcharge for the meat. I ended up showing him the menu says the loaded fries comes with chicken or beef, he then informed methat was an old menu but they current don't have any new menus and there was nothing he could do. Legitimately one of the worstexperiences I have ever had in a restaurant, and this is supposed to be the new management which doesn't bode well. Read more

these guys took my order right before closing and were incredibly nice and super fast. the food was also just really delicious.... One of the guys there explained what the food was and yes, this cracked wheat thing I don't know how to spell is very good! Iwould say it's not the cheapest food on the block but I do think the food is well worth the price. And it's still not even thatexpensive if you compare to a sit down! Read more
