You guys have to try the fruit bowl with dragon fruit base. Better than dessert! I sincerely hope this restaurant is doing well,... as both of the other custom salad places I fell in love with were Covid-19 casualties, and I would hate to lose my third love. Iwill return many more times, and look forward to it. Read more

The first time that we ordered carry out, we ordered 2 create your own salads and a create your own wrap. My teenager ordered... chicken in both of the wrap and salad, I think the words gross, rubbery and disgusting were used to describe the chicken. Thewrap and salad were both tossed. My salad, though very small for the price, was delicious. My teenager wanted to give themanother chance, this time without the chicken. So we ordered 2 create your own salads. Other than the chunks of red onion beingvery big chunks, everything else was delicious. Still wish they were larger for the price. Now we?ve become regular customers. We get the same create your own salads every time. Our order has always been correct and made in a timely manner. (We orderusing the app) And most of the time customer service is top notch. There was a time or two when I was totally ignored whenpicking up our salads off the shelf. Read more

Had a horrible experience at this place. The middle aged fella making the bowl was making it as if he?s late for his wedding. ... Super unprofessional. In effect the bowl came out mediocre. Not going back to this dump. Edit: you were very impatientJustin, instead of taking the time to explain things you proceeded to work on an online order. And you didn?t explain anythingabout the granola. My receipt number is #2007 dated 8/4/22. Please refund. Read more

There was one good worker at this establishment when I last went about a month ago, I came back to find she was no longer... working there. Every time I had a salad made by any other worker it was simply thrown together and made with soggy brownedlettuce. The avocado Cobb is usually one of my favorite salads however this time it was horrible, everything was brown andtasted old. The chicken was rubbery and tasted fake similar to what you would feed a dog. I will never go here again. Managementshould do better and maybe keep the employees that actually know how to do their job. Read more

Honestly disappointing. I tried the summer berry salad and the flamingo smoothie. The smoothie itself was pretty good but very... overpriced. The salad was actually terrible. The spring mix was not fresh at all. The chicken was very rubbery like chicken youwould have at a school lunch. The strawberries were not fresh. Very overpriced for the not good quality. Only giving 1 starbecause the smoothie was good but for a place for to be called salad works you would expect the salad to be good. Read more

Craving a salad today, I drove 9 miles to try something new. I give it a C-. So much room for improvement to what could be a... great establishment. Payed extra to add baked tofu to my buffalo bleu salad. Never got it. Bummer. The buffalo flavoringcertainly leaves something to be desired as it is bland and not at all tangy or spicy (which is basically the point of buffalosauce). A good percentage of the spinach was slimy and I had to remove all of that before eating the rest. My husband enjoyedhis Bentley salad, but had the same complaints about the slimy spinach. I may give them a shot once more if I'm in the area butI won't make that drive for the salads alone. Perhaps some more flavor in the topping choices and quality control on thatspinach might make it worth the $14 I paid for my salad. And of course to receive the extra toppings I ordered. Read more

I was really excited about a new salad place since "Big Salad" closed their doors last year. Unfortunately, I will need to keep... looking. Pros: Friendly woman made my salad. She also ensure that the young lady at the register offered me a warmroll. Cons: The quality of the ingredients was sub-par. Very different salad from what is on the display (see pictures). Thesalad was supposed to be blend of romaine / iceberg lettuce. My was 100% iceberg and notice the "not so green" color. Grilledchicken? Unlikely, it appears to have come from a can. Unfortunately, friendly service can only go so far. Maybe I will try adifferent salad next time, but not likely. Read more

My husband and I was eagerly waiting for the new location in West Bloomfield, Mi to open, but not anticipating on being... disappointed. I loved the fact that there were plenty of young people working, but I hated they were getting in each other?s waywhich caused confusion when taking and making orders. I ordered the Buffalo Chicken Panini Sandwich (it was not spicy) it waseatable. My husband was so disappointed with his cranberry pecan chicken salad sandwich that he?ll never return. His sandwichwas suppose to be cold and they heated on the panini sandwich maker. We returned the sandwich and waited while everyone huddlearound reading the menu to figure out how to make the sandwich. After remaking the salad sandwich it was dry. We waited fivemore minutes for mayonnaise and the rest is history. Maybe we should?ve ordered salads. The ones the other customers orderedlooked delicious. In my Mikey?s voice, try it, you may like it! It in my voice, I tried it, but I didn?t like it! ???? Read more
