Horrible customer service. Went there and was told they couldnt let people dine in because they were short staffed. There was... no other customers there and i counted 3 employees standing around... but they couldn't be bothered to have to clean a littlebit after a few customers. The food wasn't great at all, the fries were even worse, and the service was... Unspeakable. They all just stared at me super... judgemental. When we came in they said we couldn't sit in the lobby because they didn't want to clean it? So we sat out in thesun. We asked what all they were out of at the very beginning and when I got to my drink order they didn't have tea, whatever,so I wanted a milkshake. Smores. Please fix your website. I?m not writing a bad review or anything like that because the food and drinks are really good. The... only problem is the website because it says there open till 8 some days and then other days it?ll show different timings. TodayI went to order food and it was closed and the door was locked but on the website it said it was open. Please fix your website.This is not the only time I have come due to false timings on the smash burger website. I?m never coming here again because Idon?t know when it?s opened or closed. Another problem is like to report is that they never pick up their phone. I called 14times and they didn?t pick up. I was even at the place ordering something and I saw the phone ringing and no one picked it u.Smash burgers isn?t the same place it used to be 10 years ago. There manager changed and know it?s run by some dude that doesn?tcare about the fast food place and is only doing it for the money. Smash burger is definitely on my list of the top ten favorite burger places. This location is clean and has nice, friendly... staff. They?re taking necessary precautions and care during this pandemic. A matter of personal choice, but the seasoned friesare better than the tots! Burgers are good, always. Decent chocolate shake. Went here for lunch. Waited in line for 15 minutes as I watched the lady bag pick-up orders (doordash). She then announced that... they were too backed up on doordash orders and weren?t taking any in-store customer orders. Which is ridiculous. She handed us afree fountain for waiting and sent us out the door. Read more
