Zero Stars!!!! I had a terrible experience at this store on 8/4/2022, the lady was more into laughing and chatting with another... worker which she continuously looked over laughing with, they had no tomatoes. I felt she was racist because of the way she wastreating me , plus after she threw my sandwich together she threw my receipt on top of the bag on the counter, and walked off. I then said "excuse me", "No Thank You or Have A Good Day", I then asked for my money back , I know racism when I see ittherefore I'm not spending my money with a person ignorant as her. I didn't get her name but she had crooked, bucked yellowbuttery teeth. She presented a very COLD RACIST MANNER towards me, she told me she was the manager and part owner which I hopewas a lie , it would be very sad to know a manager and part owner would conduct themself and their business this way. Subway Jay is an excellent employee and a great reason why you need to go to this Subway. He created a wonderful footlong... sandwich by pay close attention to what we wanted on our sandwich. Do yourself a favor and go there for a great sandwich. Read more

Absolutely horrible customer service. The person at the counter should be barred from any customer facing work. Extremely rude,... unprofessional, incompetent. Basically did not keep my order ready even 20 minutes after the scheduled time. While i was therehe pretended to start work on my order but it seems he stopped when i stepped out for a few minutes. When I returned in about 10minutes, he started literally screaming at me without provocation, saying he 'threw' away my sandwiches because he thought I wasgone. I politely asked him to cancel my order and relax - but he kept screaming. Needs mental health assessment. Bizarre. Read more
