Used to be absolutely amazing. Now it has completely fallen off. Got rid of many of the best toppings. Chicken used to be fresh.... Not anymore. Unfortunately the quality of this place has gone down hill. Kid workers kept burning every sub, would take the burnt parts out... and use the same bread while trying to hide the burnt bits. Sub is only 7 inches, there?s 3 oz of chicken in it yet the priceis $10, chicken would fall out the sides as they packed the sub resulting in less meat. Chicken was also cold. Sad to see asthis place used to be amazing and prices used to be great. Pricing raise is understandable to a certain extent due to inflationyet quality reduction is not. Lost a 2 year customer. This is on our list of top 5 favorite places. Unfortunately, they are temporarily closed with no indication of when they will... reopen. --------------------------------------- Update on 10/19/22 -- Ten 11 has since reopened, but it is not the place we onceknew. We have tried it twice since they reopened and they don't have the same toppings they once did. No more Iraqi salad orpickled cabbage, and no steak! I asked for pita chips on my bowl and they were CRUSHED UP RANCH DORITOS! What in theworld? They told us they were working to make improvements, but I'm not sure what the holdup is. The chicken pitas were veggie pitas 2 10?s of the sandwich was chicken if notless. HONEST TO GOD. but your steaks were very fair 7 10?s was steak employees don?t care. They don?t want you to return butalways want their paycheck so they don?t care. Owner always cares train them Pay them good and as soon as you turn your backthey do it their way. Employees fault. I door dashed a steak bowl. The meat was chewy in some parts, and others were overly dry. The rice was dry as well. Impossible... to eat. Ordered tabbouli with it and it was a bitter kale!! Not parsley! Very disappointed and will not be ordering again.Especially for the price. Read more
Great price point and awesome food. My bowl was big enough for two meals with loads of chicken. Service was great and inviting.... This establishment provided gift-coupons to the WB Heroes Appreciation event assuring each veteran who visited would have a mealto enjoy before the end of the year.
