The older lady making the smoothies and working the register took 10 minutes to take our order. When she finally did take our... order, my friend wanted a chai smoothie and the employee annoyed and fluster, said that "it would be 10 -15 minutes" for thatsmoothie, suggesting we might want to get something else, I assume because there are several ingredients in that one. She thencontinued on to say "I'm sorry, I'm trying my best back here, it's just me". While ringing us up she said "do you want to donateyour change or just as is?" Before we could answer she said "just as is right?" There were 2 employees back there, one of themwas on sandwiches and consolidation I guess? Not sure. But we got our sandwhich 40 minutes before either smoothie. So it seemsas though the sandwhich one had time to take orders and start smoothies. Neither of them was quick nor friendly.
