The older lady making the smoothies and working the register took 10 minutes to take our order. When she finally did take our... order, my friend wanted a chai smoothie and the employee annoyed and fluster, said that "it would be 10 -15 minutes" for thatsmoothie, suggesting we might want to get something else, I assume because there are several ingredients in that one. She thencontinued on to say "I'm sorry, I'm trying my best back here, it's just me". While ringing us up she said "do you want to donateyour change or just as is?" Before we could answer she said "just as is right?" There were 2 employees back there, one of themwas on sandwiches and consolidation I guess? Not sure. But we got our sandwhich 40 minutes before either smoothie. So it seemsas though the sandwhich one had time to take orders and start smoothies. Neither of them was quick nor friendly. I've seen a lot of complaints about this place but gave it a try anyway on Fri 5/20/22. I ordered the Jerk Caribbean Chicken... Wrap, Smokey Grilled Cheese and the Avocolada smoothie. The smoothie was made to perfection and the wrap & sandwich was good. Read more

I was there Sunday April 27th, and my food had hair in it. The staff and manager was so kind and apologetic, I took the credit... for my meal. I went to redeem it the next Sunday may1st. I saw some of the same staff but a different manager. The young manthat took my order did everything appropriately, then went to talk to the manager. She immediately starts yelling at him, wavingher finger in his face and at his chest, walking toward him as he backed away from her. She said "WHAT ARE YOU DOING? WE DON'TJUST GIVE FREE FOOD OUT. " He shows her the book where my name and order was written. She rolls her eyes and goes to prepareit. When my order was up, she tosses it on the counter at me. I had to laugh, because that could have went a whole differentway. But I said nothing and left. I'm writing this review not for me , but for the cashier. I have a child his age, and if theirmanager treated them that way, there would be a serious problem. I'm a higher advocate for kindness and respect. Our serviceworker s work hard, and deserves it the same way everyone else does. I would like to remain a customer, but I never want to seesomeone being treated that way again. Read more
