Every single time I have came to this cafe Rio I have had terrible experiences. The food is always always all over the counter.... The workers are terrible slow( even when not busy). This was our first stop at the Bountiful location. There is plenty of parking and seating available. The restaurant was clean... and the staff friendly and helpful. The meals were great and filling. Read more
Really bad service, the girl serving our salads looks like she was having the worst day of her life and treating people like how... she was feeling. I told my girls she is just having a bad day be gentle and we tried to talk to her and thanks her but nothing.Then the girl that was at the cashier finish charging my husband and come to finish my order and she did not change her gloves(disgusting) plus our salad was mostly lettuce and barely rice or chicken. My son come to the guy working there to tell himthat the Diet Coke was empty and he answered ?oh I know!! ? And just ignore the situation. I ordered through the drive though today at the Bountiful location and the Lady taking the order was not friendly or did not... sound friendly, she sounded annoyed. When I told her that the person taking to go orders voice did not sound nice to customersat the window, she responded in a rude way,?I was nice.? I stead of acknowledging a customer misunderstood her and make itright she was defensive. I knew she had not taken the order very well. I usually get lime vinaigrette dressing all the timeand I got house cream dressing. I wouldn't of placed this review but I called the phone line about my experience, it rung andhung up. Just ordered 2 sweet pork burritos from the drive thru. We ordered one sweet pork salad and one shredded beef salad. When we... got home the sweet pork salad did not have any sweet pork. The sweet pork in the burritos, did not taste the same as we havehad in the past from other locations. They did give me a credit for the salad, but we also did not eat the burritos as wedidn't like the flavor, the meat has a more vinegar taste and the sauce is more limey. Read more
This is the BEST Cafe Rio in the state. They make the MOST DELICIOUS NACHOS . Order them with nacho cheese and sweet pork.... Large dining room. Line moves quickly. Nice, helpful people work here. Read more
