I love their food but they charge you a fortune and are stingy on the rice.. I always get their burrito bowls and it comes with... hardly anything in it for the price you pay. It's truly sad because it wasn't always that way. Read more

Been coming here 3-4 times a week for a year spending like 10 dollars every time with good amount of meat and this time I get... little scoop and ask for more to just cover the burrito it was another 6 bucks!!! I told them I normally get the burrito coveredand then they said it was another 6 bucks! 17 bucks later just isn?t right for one person! Won?t be coming back for a while! Gone twice now and my bf and I feel we have to ask for extra of everything because they barely fill the spoon when scooping in... our food. And then of course we get charged extra. Chips barely filled half the bag. Employees make customers feel like aninconvenience (both times we went, restaurant was practically dead and employees were happily interacting with each other, sothey clearly weren?t having a bad day). Unfortunately I went to get my dinner at Chipotle today and was left without... apparently there only doing online or orders... through their app wich only accepts Google pay and will not process my card... app broken... so I ordered online from cafe Riowith same card and went through just fine.. Today I went into Chipotle to have my usual chicken bowl order. When I asked for the lettuce, i noticed there wasn't any left... except for a few scrap pieces that she managed to collect from the bottom. I asked her If I could have some more lettuce andshe replied "sorry we dont have any more lettuce". I go ," you have no more lettuce?" and she was like, "yup". I hardly doubtthat at 4pm on a Wednesday they are somehow out of lettuce. She seemed like she just couldn't be bothered to get another bag oflettuce out. I have had bad experience at this chipotle before, being served by the same lady. I think she is the manager ofthe store. A few years back she gave me attitude for me pointing out that the chicken i was served was still raw in the middle. Beyond AWFUL! They over salted my burrito to the point that it was inedible, put my requested salsas on the burrito instead of... on the side as requested, the fajitas were undercooked, meat had a large portion of inedible gristle, and fluid shot out withevery bite I took. After getting about 1/3rd the way through, I just ended up giving the remaining meat to my dog and throwingaway the rest. I've never had a bad Chipolte experience until today. Avoid this location like the plague. It isn't that far togo to another one. Read more
