This place is good for a quick fix when you're hungry. If they manage to get your order correct. They have a difficult time... getting you what you ordered. And then they have a difficult time giving you the condiments that you need. Like when you orderthe big breakfast with hotcakes isn't it customary to have syrup? So when you're a drive up customer and you get to where you'regoing and realize you have no syrup thoroughly sucks. Read more
The MGR on duty this morning 10/14 at around 530am rushed us while ordering in the drive thru, he cut us off while ordering. We... weren?t even done ordering & he basically yelled 2nd window, we pull up to the 2nd window & he wasn?t the one giving out theorder. I had to repeat our order to the other employee who was at the window because he (the manager on duty who was takingorders this AM) didn?t let us finish ordering & was extremely rude & unpleasant. We Tried to get his attention when we pulled upto the 2nd window and he wouldn?t even look out the window. He ignored us. I am so surprised with this ?manager? and hiscustomer service skills! I would not recommend going here in the mornings for breakfast while this so called ?manager? is onduty. Lunch & dinner though, I?ve never had issues! The employees in the afternoon & evening are way more pleasant & theircustomer service is great along with the food! I don?t plan on going back here for breakfast after this mornings experience. Took them 3x to get my sandwich right. "Mini Mac" no ketchup no mustard add mac sauce. They said the McDouble changed, No... shredded lettuce etc, to (seems to me, a double cheeseburger). Only vegetable is a pickle... Read more
I choose not to go here in the morning.. I can say the same thing 5x and still get it slightly off. This morning, I ordered a... Sausage Egg and Cheese McGriddle, and a large Mocha Frappe. Got an English muffin for buns, and a coffee flavored block of icewith whipped cream and chocolate slapped on it. I give up on breakfast here. But the lunch staff are on their GAME!! Read more
Get my order wrong more often than right, never remember napkins and you can just forget about getting a straw, cause you... definitely won't. Every now and then, they'll get a decent shift running, but 9 times out of 10, the food will be half cooked,not what you ordered, charged wrong, or just plain not given to you. It's a disgrace that this place hasn't improved in theyears that I've lived here. I live right by it and I make the drive to 2600 s to the other McDonald's in town. As far as fast food places go, this McDonalds rates high on my list. Food was good, the service was very good, they were super... friendly and brought our food out to us. And, of course, they have excellent coffee!?? Read more
I got a great buttermilk chicken sandwich here the other day. Much much better than the other one that I reviewed at a different... macdonalds (see: other reviews). The only thing I didn?t like about this visit is that it was raining pretty hard outside. Apartfrom that, the service was quick, the food was hot and tasty, and the staff were top of the notch. This McDonald's is well run. Consistent food in a clean place. It's fast food. For fast food it gets top rated.
