Very poor experience tonight. First time here and never to return. First review the cake. It is amazing, obviously or there... wouldn't be multiple locations, however as a personal preference the icing is way to sugary, actually leaving me with a stomachache. I feel if they did more cream cheese and less sugar it would be a lot better. My reason for never returning is theservice. Manager sitting in back room on personal phone call while underage untrained girl helping all the customers. My littlegirl really had to go potty and of course it's a private bathroom that no one can use not even a 6 year old girl jumping up anddown. Let's get over that, we are having a family outing and buying 5 cakes and need napkins and forks. She replied sorry I cannot give them to you but you can buy them. The cakes are so yummy but the girl working this evening was so rude. She rolled her eyes when I asked if she had any more of... the white chocolate and raspberry bundt cakes. I asked for a chocolate chip bundt cake and she gave me a chocolate chocolatechip bundt cake. When I asked for the original chocolate chip cake she told me it was gluten free and wouldnt sell it to me. Shedidn't even ask if I wanted a receipt and just dismissed me to help the next person in line. I will not be back. Read more
What I appreciate the most about this store is the owner's personal, sincerity to ensure that ALL of the customers in the store... have the best possible experience. I had a situation that I would consider extremely rare just based off my impressions of thestore, and I wrote in about the experience. The owner was very prompt to address my concern, contacted her team, took fullresponsibility, and will provide coaching for the situation. She truly did do an exceptional job to ensure that my experiencewould be the best it possibly could. The store is VERY clean, put together, and the staff was incredibly polite and friendly.Seriously, the owner's sincere response and resolution to a situation with just unfortunate timing was first rate, and I gladlyendorse her leadership and her store. These were the best ?cupcakes? I?ve ever had! I always order 24 cupcakes from a random grocery store for my kids parties, and I... always end up with more than half leftover. Through a Google search I came across this cute place, and their bundtini?s are evencuter, not to mention all the flavors were excellent, the cake was moist, yummy cream cheese frosting, and I didn?t have onedang one left, that?s how much everyone loved them.
