Today we had a sever come within 5 minutes of arrival. I had some really good coffee while my friends ordered their food. Also a... mango margarita and came as the wrong flavor, our server took it right back and then the right drink was delivered. No issue.Food was good, a 4 star rating, which is really good for restaurants. To make this review relevant, it's right at the 212exit, easy on easy off. It's located in the outlets parking lot. Always good and fast service with drinks and food. Moderateprices and atmosphere. Most of all clean restrooms. Read more
Food was good, staff was friendly......pushing customers to pay by QR code is obnoxious. That's a real turn off. I wasn't... applying to work part time at Applebee's I wanted to have a relaxing dinner. Read more
The worst experience I?ve ever had at a Applebees. I could see our food sit there for almost 10 minutes from our set sitting... near the bar at the high top table section. When we finally got our food it was cold we told our server which she then just blewit off because it was closing time. She went and discussed it with the manager but the manager did not come out until the serverheard me say normally a manager would be out here asking or discussing our experience at the restaurant. When the manager cameout she called us liars about the food being cold and I referred to the Bay City location being better and she told us we couldleave because I was being rude. Needless to say the cook was dropping things on the ground and was trying too get out of therebut the server was pretty much useless and as far as the manager ha what manager. If I could leave a negative star rating Iwould I will never be back to this Applebees and I will inform my friends/family not to go there either. Read more

Came here after three years with some of my friends for dinner at Applebee?s today. The food was absolutely wonderful, from... preparation to presentation, very pleasing. A very good experience! Coming from a family that owns a restaurant, I know how service is supposed to run and how it goes but this apple bee?s is... really disappointing. My family along with my girlfriend decided to get lunch, we got seated right away since it wasn?t thatbusy. Our server which was the bartender was extremely rude and blew off my mother when she asked how she was doing, from therewe got our drink orders in and gave them to us right away. Our server did not check up on us at all and didn?t refill our drinksuntil the end when we got our food. The people next to us had the same server and she switched up and was super nice to them andfriendly which threw me off since she was not friendly nor nice to us. Tried to order a pizza but gave us the bill, then had towait 20 minutes more for her to give us the new bill which didn?t happen and my girlfriend had to go up to her, she snatched itfrom her hands and didn?t say a word. Another server, Joe, that was with her training handed us the bill which he was very niceand friendly and said sorry about the trouble we had. We gave him a tip of 20 since he was nice but we left our other server $2.Once we left my girlfriend had to use the bathroom and I waited for her, the host and our server gave her a dirty look. Great Service! Not-Bad Food. When we walked in we were instantly greeted by a friendly hostess. When we were ordering, our... waitress was also very spiteful and friendly. When we finally got our food, my 3 cheese chicken penne. It was good, until thechicken. The chicken had a large amount of salt. It was not a good experience eating the chicken. The other dish which had abasil something rice was also salty. Luckily only the rice was salty. But none the less, there isn?t many options up here sothis is one of the better. The verdict? Liked it, our waitress was fast and super nice. The boneless wings were just chicken tenders cut up. Fail on that idea.
