I'll give three stars but to offer any more would be lowering my standards. It's really a hit and miss at this place.. they... never seem to get my order right no matter how many times I politely repeat myself at the speaker. When I receive my food, 9times outta 10 I am missing something I ordered and my shake has whipped cream on it. I could understand simple mishaps whenthere is a wrap around of cars behind the building, but when I'm the only person in line, it just seems unacceptable. Above and beyond! August 30th, 2022 After working on a project for 14 hours we tried to find a place still open to get some... supper and we went to Arby's on Cook Rd., West branch Michigan! Wow placing our order we realize that there was one minute leftbefore the store was closed yet they took our order and it was awesome very great people working there at this Arby's on CookRd., West Branch Michigan! Jasmine, Kevin and Tommy who cooked our meal! Great meal and great people this is what every businessneeds to have! Got carry out order. Staff was slow and it took forever. One was more concerned about her new hair dye job then customers. Have... gotten food faster in some sit down restaurants. To be honest, half of wait was because of some pain in the -s- lady in front ofus ordering who thought she was in some gourmet restaurant. Can't have this, I want that. Should mention too that they raisedtheir prices on $1 sliders to $1.49. Still $1 on menu at Arby's in Grand Blanc. Read more
DON'T GO THERE AT ALL!!! Never through the drive thru ever! You never know where your food has been or where the employees hand... were before they touch your food. Go in to get your food and watch the unsanitary way this place operates. It's sickening!!!! Managers are not doing their jobs, the other employees chat about gosh knows what while your food sits cold. The friers are nottimed so you get what they give you. Employees are digging in the trash then touching your food. Please don't go there to getsick. A negative ten (-10) would be a better scale. Read more
Sydney that was working the drive thru tonight is absolutely amazing!!! That girl deserves a raise! I ordered $50 worth of food... and she took my order and handed it out to me perfectly. It?s really nice to have someone who does their job well also have agreat attitude! Thank you ???? Read more
Let?s keep this short. 1) They did not get our order complete in the drive thru. (Had to go inside.) 2) They were completely... ignoring the line inside. I waited 10-15 minutes?during which the older gentleman in front of me left, saying ?guess I?ll justgo home??before so much as being acknowledged (and I had to speak up to even get that). 3) Once on the road again, I discovereda too-crunchy surprise in my chicken tender. Arby's is so underrated! The food is always delicious. The service is fast and friendly. Arby's has THE MEATS!
