Went to eat this this afternoon when they opened. Waited 35 minutes for them to open. After 4 doors still locked, so I called to... see what was going on. Answered quickly and told me no dine in because they don?t know when their server works and would have tocall back. No sign, no anything to let anyone else know this. Said we could come in and place a to go order which would havebeen fine however doors were still locked and the. Got hung up on. For a business to have a sticker that says we love ourcustomers, sure doesn?t seem like it if you can?t have a sign posted or even know when the server is supposed to work. Badmanagement. The set up inside is quirky, this is the first time we had been to this establishment. This is the first buffet I've eaten at... that didn't require me to pay before dining... Not sure how I feel about that because we didn't even get a drink from the serveruntil we were done eating. The restaurant only had 5 tables eating buffet and we watched her walk by us 7 times before we caughther attention to grab our drinks. The food tasted great but for a buffet they had 1 pizza and one cheese bread out at 1:15, with5 tables eating off the buffet. Very let down by the service and the minimum option for choices of hot food. Fresh pizza didn'teven come out until we decided to leave. Considering I love pizza, this was extremely disappointing and we will not return towaste our money again. Read more
