The 1 star is giving these people alot of credit. The 2 girls that were on shift tonight, about 7:30pm.....you guys need... attitude adjustments. Especially, the short girl that worked the grill. You were rude, and there was no reason to be. Screamingobscenities at me while my CHILDREN were in the car, was not necessary. You probably shouldn't work where you have to talk topeople. It's not your thing. The other little girl working, leave the weed at home and DO NOT smoke before you go to work. Youreyes were soooo squinty and glossy, it wasn't even funny. You could barely function. My days of the West Branch Burger King areover. You 2 ladies should be ashamed. Read more
Almost everything was closed by the time we finally got to stop to eat dinner and were very happy that his location was still... open. The food tasted fresh and the staff were friendly. Would come here again if we are ever in the area. Read more
Stopped in last weekend for lunch. We went inside and were amazed how overly dirty and neglected everything was. It should have... been a sign to leave but we stayed because of the long lines elsewhere- another sign to eat elsewhere. Anyways, after we allfelt sick after eating there it was a joy to clean up puke from my 9 yr old as soon as we got to our vacation property. Neveragain! Read more
Never used to have a problem until the last couple months. I've went there 3 times and have had a problem every time. Each time... they forget something in my bag and two times the same girl has been working the window. She has almost forgot to give me mydebt card back. The fries have been old and terrible too. Looked on my phone at their menu and decided to do the Ultimate platter with all the goodies for breakfast. Well it was missing... some goodies suppose to come with 3 pancakes, bacon,sausage, fluffy biscuit, and scrambled eggs. There was no biscuit and nosausage and the bacon they broke up in pieces! Asked the guy about it and he said they changed it and there was nothing theycould do! I was very unhappy with their false advertisement. I won't be back there for breakfast! Came here this am, was greeted immediately by Tim, incredibly friendly. Found out he is the ONLY one working! Taking orders,... making food and running it- Kudos to you, for doing what needs to be done, and coming to work! I applaud you!
