Update 11-29-22... I'm sitting at home minding my own business and the management has caught wind of this review and went out of... their way to text me and call me out of my name and call me a lowlife. All because I want them held accountable and to be reeducated on food safety and allergies. Her name is Rhoda and I'm being harassed by them now. Good try . EEOC is going to loveyou guys at West Branch McDonald's. The managers don't care about employee safety. They treat the young people working therelike pee-ons. The employees are great and work hard but everyone in a grey shirt needs a reality check and learn how to treatpeople. Don't go here if you have any allergies, the last Big Mac I had a month ago made my throat so itchy I had to go home andtake medicine. They don't understand cross contamination at all. They know I have a fish allergy and didn't care so I'd keepyour money and not spend it here if you want you money to go to a morally correct establishment because this place ain't it. Read more

I would give a 1 star if I only ever had mobile orders or drive thru orders but we go inside sometimes where they do great. With... that being said, the last 3 mobile orders I have picked up have all had at least 2 things missing from them!!! I hatecomplaining!!! Had the worst experience I have ever had at a McDonald's. The kid at the drive through couldn't have been more rude to my wife... and after we complained to the manager she really was no help either. A nice McDonald's and a good half way stop to Mackinaw. Friendly staff, good service. They bring the food to you if dining in.... Nice touch for fast food. The place was clean, we dined in for breakfast. The hash browns where what you think of when you getMcDonald's breakfast. All in all fast service and good tasting food. I Love Mc Donalds frappes !????I like to add my own touch to these amazing drinks by also ordering 3 shots of Expresso and... having them mixed in my Frappe.
