Karen was so rude to us. We were waiting for 20 minutes while she was making online orders. We walk up and she says ?can I help... you?. Like yeah we need you to make the food. Terrible customer service at this location! Even the manager is unprofessional and dishonest. I left a bad review about our... terrible experience June of 2020. The very next day I received a nice apologetic email from someone named Andrew Brown whoclaimed that this location was ?his store? and he was very sorry for our poor experience. He expressed his sympathy andapologies, and asked for my mailing address to ?make the situation right.? I responded, and never heard from him again! I evensaid I wouldn?t let one bad experience keep us from returning to this location. We have visited the store before, and at thetime planned to visit again. My wife and I stopped in and ordered two sandwiches last week, and the order did get madecorrectly, but the staff are rude, and either under trained or hate their job. I guess attitude reflects leadership, and if theowner/manager is dishonest and unprofessional, we cannot expect his employees to be any better. Visit at your own risk. Youwould think stopping in at a sandwich shop to get a quick bite to eat would be pretty easy and uneventful. You will wish you?dgone elsewhere. Read more
I mobile order. Some sandwich artists struggle with getting it out on time and more than once I've waited for the line to... clear. Update to review- visited last week. Staff was unfriendly and bickering in front of customers. Was charged for a bagof chips I didn't ask for. Convenient location is the only reason I will continue to visit. Read more
My husband brought home sandwiches. Mine was supposedly a roast beef. One slice of meat was on a foot long! More mayo than... anything! His sandwich had 2 pieces of meat. Never going there again! Very disappointed! Read more
So very slow!!! My husband waited 20 minutes and there was only 1 person ahead of him. 3 workers and 2 of them ignored him.
