My fiancée went in to pick up for a mobile order and they barely filled the sub with the toppings I ordered, bread was burnt,... and they didn?t even put my sauce on the sub. When I called back to complain, I was speaking to a female manager and she justsaid ?oh, I?m sorry.? Then said nothing else. I asked her if she wanted me to bring the sub back in so I could have it remadeand she told me no. She didn?t offer me a store credit either. Terrible customer service and terrible quality of food. Terrible . This is the second time going there since summer . The lemonade machine was running all over the counter , last time... it was iced tea and no ice in the machine . This time the vegetables looked like they had been there forever and the two tablesbehind us were dirty . It's located inside Walmart, the service was okay. I fill they need to improve the bread quality here. Quantity inside the sub... is okay as well, less compared to other subways. There were 2 people (both were girls) who were doing the job and none of themwas wearing a mask, which was concerning. We went first to the Subway that was located inside the gas station in the town ofWest Branch, but same story that place was more concerning then this one. The person that waited on us was Courtney R. We first waited about 10 minutes to even get waited on then I ask for light pickles... she piles them on. I wanted tomato?s but they were nasty looking and had other food all over them. My boyfriend ordered a sublightly toasted she did not. He had to repeat his sauces four different times.
