Your everyday average Wendy's nothing special except the drive thru clerk really new his stuff, polite had no problems making... changes on the fly in no lettuce or tomato. Oh just a fun fact lots of frie hungry Seagulls ! Very entertaining! Read more

We waited almost an hour in line to order and for our food. Yo find out that they were very short staffed and the people that... were there were all new employees learning as they went. I wish they would if said something from the beginning so that we wouldexpect the wait. When another customer brought this up to the manager, which was not there from the beginning, the manager tooka very offensive voice and said they were short staffed, no apologies. The girl that took my order also got it wrong and Ididn't want to wait for longer. I understand their reasoning just wish they would if said something. Read more

I would rate it a 5 if I rated fast food places a 5! Always room for improvement! Although I had no issues with this place... either! If you want fast food I would recommend it! They do have great chili and Frostys! Read more

Friendly staff. The new guy was nice but still learning how to assemble sandwiches. They gave me cheese sauce that wasn't even... heated to get thick. It was literally, cold, orange, cheese flavored water. Going back? Maybe. Read more

I like Wendy's and this location has good food, but not very speedy with the service. Also, I ordered the strawberry grilled... chicken salad and was told after my husband got his meal that my chicken would take almost another 10 minutes to cook. I havenever dined, but have gone through the drive thru a few times and there always seems to be an issue with my order oravailability of items. Read more

We stopped in on Monday June 6th 2022 and the general manager was very calm and that is a plus reason I say this is cause there... was only her and two crew members working and they ended up getting super busy to where there was a long line inside and drivethru was also backed up in the time frame of 12:30 - 1:00. Keith name on our receipt was very rude. After waiting in line for 20 minutes. We ordered a hamburger and opened it once we got... to the window & received a cheeseburger. Waited for him to acknowledge me again to let him know.. he rudely stated all ourburgers come with cheese. I explained while not when you specifically order one without it. He took the burger from me &aggressively threw it in the trash behind him and huffed & puffed for the cook to remake it. I told him there's no need to be sorude. He then stated he's been at the drive thru window since 1 pm without a break (we were there around 8 pm) .. veryunprofessional and rude in general! I get it your busy..but you don't have to take it out on the customers... Read more

I was extremely surprised on the service I got yesterday. It was excellent!! My wife always likes to use those apps and I feel... like every time she uses it something wrong happens. Anyways, yesterday she was having a problem with the app while we wereordering and I was very surprised how friendly and helpful both the cashier and the manager were. Not being from Michigan I?mnot use to the good service so I was very shocked about this situation. The manager helped us with everything and the food cameout very fresh and prompt. She smiled and thanked us for coming in. Whoever this manager was should go around to all the Wendy?sin this nation and teach the other managers her ways she runs a store. These are the people that should be at the very top! Icould tell she cared and that?s not something you see very often. I do want to say thank you because people can be quick tojudge my wife and I because of our different looks with all our tattoos lol. We will definitely be back!! Thanks! Read more
