Always order and carry out dining room is closed. Good grinders ans appetizers but portions are to small.
I've ordered from here atleast a dozen or more times. Today I Waited over an hour for a pizza and a cheeseburger. Called and... they said should be a minute before hanging up. Then showed up 12 minutes later with ice cold food, I live 8 minutes away, soclearly they made it and forgot it, rather then saying that and heating it up or remaking it they sent it out. I won't beordering from here ever again. The employees are rude, the food is always wrong and ice cold. Especially for 40 bucks, with nonexistent toppings. ???? Read more
Great food cheap prices.pizza and sub of the month is always a good buy.
The portions are half as much as they used to be, the guy who took our order was rude, mozzarella sticks taste like cheese... sticks with bread, and the fried pickles were wet, doughy and uncooked. They lost their ?sparkle? Read more

I ordered a pizza using the online ordering system. I was charged an unlabeled $1 fee on my order (the website says nothing... about a delivery fee). My pizza arrived undercooked and soggy, and the toppings were incorrect. I called, and a gentlemen toldme "I highly doubt that" when I stated my complaint. He then waited for the delivery driver to return before attempting toresolve my order. A woman then called me, stating that she found my order slip "confusing". At no point was I called forclarification. They send a second pizza, and it was only 14", not 16" as advertised. Clearly they were not interested in givingmy my moneys worth. Overall I waited over 100 minutes from the time of my order, and I received 75% of the pizza that I paidfor. Unacceptable. Read more
I had not been to Northeast for a couple months due to work etc. BUT!! I don't know if it's new crew or what, but my pizza WAS... FABULOUS! And so were the ONION RINGS! Have to admit... the food has improved greatly ... I'm getting hungry for the steakpizza (with extra cheese) as I write this. Lol!
