I has a big order which was 120 ice cream sandwiches and a small cake this order was called in on Friday July 23, and everything... was ready for me to pick up on Saturday July 24, 2021. I took my kids here tonight as a special treat. The setup is wonderful. They are doing a great job keeping it everyone safe. And... they are very clean. They even clean your credit card after they swipe it before handing it back to you. That's a crazy world welive in but they are making it work. Read more
The selection of flavors here is very good. There are many flavors and toppings to choose from, and I think they are all very... good. However, the person serving us was very slow. He was mumbling and we could barely understand. He also had much troubleunderstanding what we wanted. It took him about 15 minutes for 2 scoops and 3 toppings. He also didn't know how to properly usethe receipt machine, either. But this was the second time we were at this carvel. Last time, we went to get a custom ice creamcake for my friends birthday. We asked for a vanilla cat cake with sprinkles inside and normal frosting. They got almosteverything wrong. The did write the name correctly, the cake shape was correct and so was the frosting flavor. But the insidehad chocolate ice cream with peanut butter and other things that my friend COMPLETLY HATED. It was horrible. Don't get ice creamor cakes from here, go find another carvel. Read more
