I love chipotle yummy and quick. 2 things this place needs to work on is 1. training its employees. Theres this one little... chick who is always in la la land and messing up my order not just mine but people in front of me and behind me. She simplydoesnt pay attention when you say just a little bit of this or that. The second thing is that the line would move alot faster ifthe employees asked if the order is for here or to go. terrible. absolutely disgusting quality. the sweaty kid working the griddle is burning literally everything and cleaning... nothing. you can taste the griddle in the food, its so gross. i had to ask them to remake my food and still couldn't manage toeat even half. threw it away. save your appetite and go anywhere else. Worst Chipotle I have ever been to! Employees were extremely unprofessional? kept joking around with each other in front of the... customers. Worker told us he could not put any toppings on my quesadilla. Then gave us a drink but said there were no lids thatthey could give us. This place is amazing 90% of the time. The other 10% of the time is what brings it down. I come here at least once a month,... because it is the only Chipotle near me, and the inconsistency is astonishing. You can go from having a heaping bowl of food, tohalf a bowl worth of food depending on the people that are working. They have messed up my orders, both in person and throughmobile ordering, from forgetting something as simple as queso on the side (still charge me for it) to forgetting an entireentrée. The attached picture shows not only how messy the stations are sometimes, but also the portion control. The picture I have attached below says the least about this establishment. It is absolutely FILTHY and unorganized. Counters and... work stations are filled with food. The amount of cross-contamination that occurs is a risk for people with food allergies.Workers are friendly, but we?re eating in the work station, did not wash their hands after touching money and credit cards, andwere loud and obnoxious towards closing time. I know for a fact that this place would never pass a health inspection. Please becareful when eating here. Read more
