Coffee stop usually threw the week. Some staff are very pleasant but then there is Maggie. Well... Rude & nasty. Never a smile!... even when i hand over a dollar tip for a single coffee not just 20 cents. But it's more for the others then her. She doesn'tlook at you when she acknowledges you. She should be on the back end of the business not the face! Coming from another businessowner. So here's an update 3 years later just stopped in first time in a long time same nasty people miserable. I am very disappointed with this dunkin. I have ordered from doordash from here before and have gotten my order but today when I... ordered through grubhub they stated they did not get my order even though on grubhub it said they were working on my order andthe employee was not nice about it all. After I cancelled that order, I called and asked them if they worked with doordash whichhe proceeded to tell me yes and to order through there. After I ordered through doordash I called to see if they got this orderand again he proceeds to tell me he did not even though doordash said they were again working on the order. So I am not sure whyhe would tell me to order through doordash then to keep telling he did not get my order. DO NOT ORDER online from them you willnot get your order. Read more
First off I just want to say I have never ever complained about a coffee in my life. I ordered a medium coffee with two cream... and this is what I get. When I asked them to make another one a new Indian lady who BARELY spoke english told me I was wrong andthat I could not get another coffee. This is legitimately all cream. Forgot why I stopped going here. Now I remember. COLD latte, COLD coffee, MOSTLY MILK coffee. Asked for a HOT latte, received... it cold. Told the person, all they did was add steamed milk. Why wasn't it steamed before? Now I have steamed milk with a bitof espresso. Will NOT go here again, not even for a gift card. Gave this 2 stars because the people were polite. Read more

Ordered an iced coffee with cream and sugar. It was light beige in color and tasted like milk. Brought this to the attention of... another person behind the counter and expressed there was no coffee flavor. This person made another EXACTLY the same way.Tasted exactly the same. Maybe less cream, something. My comment did not register; no desire to provide a solution. Five bucksin the trash. Read more
