I am a constant playa bowls customer and am familiar with all the customer service expectations that Playa Bowls Corporate group... has for its employees. The West Caldwell location is extremely incompetent and far away from meeting these expectations. Today Ipurchased 6 bowls and the girl who completed my order cut the fruit and packaged my order with dirty gloves. She handled myorder carelessly, making all of the lids and even the bag dirty with fruit remains. I kindly asked her to change the lids, andher response was extremely rude, rolling her eyes and giving me an attitude. I asked for the manager, who apparently was not inthe store. Then another girl came up to tell me that this is the first and last time that they change the lids. Ridiculous. Thisis the last time I buy from Playa Bowls West Caldwell. Read more

I have been to many Playa Bowls this one is by far the best, always get a good sized bowl, the ingredients are always fresh and... as a bonus if you eat there they play good music too. We even drive a little farther to go to this Playa Bowls and it's worthit. Read more
