I had a horrible experience dealing with the manager on duty. She was rude and unwilling to find a solution... I placed a mobile... order and my $2 off was not processed. So I asked for help. Knowing there would probably be difficulty for the store to processa refund, I suggested I receive a $2 item. Mind you, it's something I didn't want to order, but that seemed to be a fairsolution. "I have nothing to do with that. You're something else..." that what I was told?! I love Wendy's. Hate this location.This particular manager is rude to customers and staff creating an uncomfortable experience for both customers and staff. Irecommend avoiding this place. Read more

Actually nice place, fast service, food was good. Bathroom was fairly clean. Overall the whole establishment appeared clean. As... a trucker it was within walking distance of my delivery so I'm glad I chose to walk there. Read more

I noticed food is ready and no one bothers to call customer. Then I have to ask and it feels like your bothering employees.
This is what I get for not checking my order before driving off! I got home and 1 whole order is missing. Tried calling, dailed... 25 times and the line is busy! Who is on the phone here doing what??? Now I have to drive almost 10 miles with at the high priceof gas to rectify their error! Unreal!! Read more
Fast drive thru service. Our order was hot and ready. Easy on/off to Bloomfield Ave and neighboring Route 46.
