I have been to a few locations and have always enjoyed being able to build your own bowl, similar to what Chipotle or Mod Pizza... do. You start off with a starch, add veggies, then meat, then sauces. Portions are large. They do have a smaller size as well. 2issues--first none of the employees seemed that excited to be there. 2 of them were checking something on a phone. Second, theywere out of 3-4 items. You could see them in the back refrigerator, but they didn't seem to care about filling them. I would'vewanted kale, carrots and cabbage but they were empty out front. When asked about the carrots, one employee said they wereout.The food was still very filling and tasty just wish the employees had been more attentive and product stocked and refilledappropriately. The food was delicious and fresh. It was so fresh because I had to wait for them to cook more. The two young men that were... working were very friendly and apologetic for the wait. I assured them it wasn?t an issue and waiting patiently for the chickento be done. I counted 8 people walk out complaining about the wait time. Having only two people scheduled is unacceptable. Ifelt sorry for them because you could tell they cared and they were working so hard but it?s impossible with only two peopleduring lunch time rush. Read more

The service is always fast when I go here. Portion size is great, I always have a little bit of leftovers. Highly recommend... trying the tea. I ordered the new Sweet & Spicy Chicken Chef Curated bowl for $9 and loved it - it was a great price forincluding kimchi and pineapple (which are normally each $1 extra) Read more
Absolutely amazing every time. I think they were short staffed today but you never would have guessed it. Customer service and... quality were top notch. These hard workers deserve much more kudos than just this review so if you stop in, tell them they'redoing a great job. Since opening, this has become one of my all time favorite restaurants. 100% Celiac Friendly. We have eaten from Bibibop twice in the past week. The first time we ordered the family 4 pack. It... included two proteins, two bases, up to 8 toppings, and 2 sauces. It was plenty for four people. The picture is 1/4 of thefamily 4 pack. The second time we ordered two steak bowls and one chicken bowl. Each bowl was much larger. You choose 1-2bases, up to 10 toppings, and 1-2 sauces. Leftovers if you are an average eater. Orders were ready for pickup in less than 30minutes. This is an excellent choice for Asian food. An interesting fast-food-but-healthier concept a lot like a Asian fusionish Chipotle. You order bowls with a choice of base... (mixed salad, white rice, purple rice, noodles), protein (animal meats or tofu or veggies), toppings (mostly free with some paidadd ons like kimchi, etc) and then can top it off yourself with a variety of sauces. Definitely was very hearty and filling fora great price and was so happy to see all the colorful fresh veggies. I started coming here 4 years ago and had absolutely loved it then. However I came back again today (08/19/2022) and was very... disappointed. Place is dirty and not kept up. Don't serve miso soup anymore, Green tea may as well be water and the machine wasturned off. Told them about it and they didn't seem to care. Asked for a knife to cut my noodles and they won't even give you aknife. Don't think I will be back unless things change drastically. Read more
