Everyone's experience seems to be different here so if I were the owner, I would take the cue and work on "delighting the... customer". You'll see the benefit of you do. This was the first time I'd experienced the dog in what, 20 years? We had beenone of the original customers way back when they first opened under the original owner. I was by myself and in town so ordereda small pizza the way I always used to back in the day. I have to say it tasted great, just like I remembered and I was glad tosee they didn't get stingy on the sauce. There was a man today working the food truck for my church. Mind you we pay for the food (the church does) and he was going off... on my wife and myself for ordering too many slices. We ordered 2 each. It isn't coming out of his pocket. Horrible customerservice. The lady was very nice. Read more

My experience was horrible. Food was good but the customer service was horrible. Today my church had faith on the lawn church... service and the gray heard man who was with the woman was very rude. The church is paying for the food trucks and he went off onme and my family for ordering 8 slices for 5 people. He was very mean and said "it doesn't matter to me your church is payingfor it. You do realize there are 8 slices in a pizza right?" Mulitple people said he was rude and made them not want to even eatat the food truck. I saw this as a recommended on a Facebook group and then supported by my Father in Law who had pizza from food truck earlier in... the week. It was great. Definitely get the crouton app. They were delicious. The taco pizza was great but it is heavy heavy withthe olives. It has salad on top rather than shredded lettuce which was what i was expecting. The pepperoni was huge. The familydinner salad was about what I expected - decent but nothing outstanding. I would definitely go back for pizza again. Read more

Placed a carry-out order tonight for a lg Pepperoni Bacon Cheese pizza with adequate Sauce. The pizza was so dry that you could... not even taste the Sauce! That's pretty flipping dry on a thin crust pizza. You can even teach a monkey to make a descent pizza.Unbelievable!!! Read more

I tried Big Dogs pizza and it was amazing. I can?t believe I have lived so close and haven?t been to my new favorite pizza place... until now! I?ve been looking forward to trying Big Dogs for a while and was excited to finally do so tonight. However, I likely won?t be... back. The staff seemed uninterested in greeting/serving us when we came in and instead focused on chatting with each other in ahuddle at the front counter. Not a big deal but definitely didn?t make us feel welcome. Ordered cheesy bread and one of theirspecialty pizzas. The food came out in a timely fashion and at first I enjoyed the cheesy bread a lot. However, it was sogreasy!! Started feeling queasy after 2 pieces. The pizza wasn?t enjoyable at all. Somehow, the pepperoni on top was incrediblyoverdone while the base of the pizza was undercooked and doughy. Our best guess is there was way too much cheese on top whichprevented the dough from cooking properly (tons of cheese, which we did not want or need, and barely any of the other requestedtoppings).
