Food is always great when in a rush. Probably not car friendly eating but I was pleasantly surprised by the mozzarella sticks.
My food was great when I got to the window. My fries was hot and fresh. The burger was made exactly how I ordered it.

Wow this place is getting worst by the day. I understand we're short staffed, but at least have cooked food. I bought a crispy... spicy chicken sandwich and whopper. The chicken was cold and barely cooked. The fries need no explanation, look how cold, oldand dry they are. Read more
Omg. We were traveling and decided to grab a quick bite, mistake #1 was choosing BK. Said no cheese, got cheese, asked for... ketchup, got bbq, no salt on fries at all, no toy in the happy meal bag, half the nuggets were hard and obviously old, and askedfor a straw they said was in the bag and of course it wasn?t. Coke was diet not regular. I literally threw everything away andwent to McDonald?s. We couldn?t go inside to get it fixed and the line was too long to bother with going back through it. Very disappointed. Got a 2 for 10 deal plus a cheeseburger. For the 2 for 10, we wanted a impossible burger and a plain burger.... After we are almost home we found out that we only received the impossible burger for the 2 for 10, didn?t receive the plainhamburger. It has the impossible wrapper and also wasn?t plain, that?s why we assumed it?s the impossible burger. What?s worse,the impossible king burger we received is a real beef patty burger, when my husband realized it, he is almost half way done.Weve had impossible burgers so many times so we can tell the differences and we also compared it to the cheeseburger we have.We?ve been vegetarians for many years now, eating this much real meat could potentially make him sick. But everything aside, itis just not acceptable to not only miss one item but also mess up one in a three items order. Nasty. Staff are rude. Drink machine was broken the manager told us we were lying. A pathetic excuse for a manager. The other... staff were just as rude. Store needs to be gutted and they need to bring in new staff or close down. I grew up in that area wentto that burger king all the time used to be a great place to eat. No more. These people need to be reminded who pays they'repaycheck without the customer and word of mouth that location will cease to exist I worked in fast food for 12 years 6 as amanger I was shocked and disappointed.
