Mandatory online orders ONLY at this location. There are sparse employees in here, which is why -I assume- they are limited to... online orders only. Manager was present and spoke few words giving explanation for the digital only orders. Also, after waiting15 minutes past our order ready time for our order to ACTUALLY be ready, the order was incorrect. Save yourself a lot of timeand frustration and skip this eatery. Chipotle, as a brand, is lessened by the lack of quality, efficiency, and just overallservice that this location serves up. Read more

So at 1230 on Thursday afternoon you cannot order food from this location. If you don't order on the app You cannot get food... here. Part of why I come here is to watch my food being prepared This is the epitome of terrible customer service. The foodquality has taken a hit in the recent past at all Chipotle restaurants that I have visited and the chicken is dry more thanjuicy. If I could give a one star I would. I went in tonight @8:50pm and the guy serving the food had an attitude while giving me... smalll portions. Everyone in there was just ready to go and didn?t care about the customers food, hardly got any sour cream.They didn?t wanna cook anymore steak. The rice tasted like I was chewing on rocks. I HATE this location! Some days, such as today. You spend part of your 30min. Lunch to drive here just to find out half the... staff didn't show up (I assume) and they are only taking online orders. This happens on average twice a week. Corporate,please get a grip on this location! Aug 24th, the following day from posting this review. They are STILL only taking onlineorders due to lack of staff. They got a new manager ( or so he claims to be) he had a attitude when I asked for the store #. Then gave me the wrong # according to corporate. This location is PATHETIC! Read more

Look, I love Chipotle but this location is a joke. Made an online pickup order for some salads, turns out they ran out of... lettuce. And black beans. And they forgot my kids quesadilla. And ran out of fruit for the kids. They would have forgotten thechips had I not reminded them. The icing on the cake: the chips were WAY too salty to be edible. How do you ruin tortillachips?!? My kids love this place. I enjoy it too, but they are addicts ???? We came in later in the evening. I think the employees were... tired from a long day. Service was still friendly, but we could tell they had a long day. The food was yummy, even though we'reeating the last batch as they are starting cleaning up for closing. This location is close to the house so we tend to visithere more frequently, but two other locations are almost the same distance. Read more
