Worst pizza I ever ate. No sauce, just cheese & pep. They cut the crust to my pizza so when I picked it up it flipped over face... 1st and all the cheese & pep remained on the box. The drive thru guy is WEIRD, makes you want to just drive off. Kind of peoplewho would drop your food on the ground & just pick it up. Thats the kind of vibes I got. $27 wasted. No thanks. Ordered a pizza and it arrived 25 minutes after the 30-40 minute wait time. I called and talked to the manager Brian to see if... it was on its way. He stated they were low on staff and I said I understood but a phone call would have been nice just to let meknow. He then hung up the phone on me. I called back 4 times. He picked up and then hung up the phone immediately. The pizzafinally arrived and the order wasn?t even corrected. I called again to ask for a refund and he hung up on me again. I then hadto call to place an order so that it would be recorded and asked for the manager on the line. He finally talked to me and I toldhim what had happened with the order being messed up. It seems to me that a manager should have a little bit more respect forcustomers. Donatoes is better than this. Read more

Lobby closed. Shawn was rude! My favorite restaurant was a complete disappointment. Drove from Mason, called to see why lobby... was closed. The guy who answered was rude as could be. Had to call twice to get anyone to answer. Lost my business. Read more

Come here frequently and sorry to say customer service has deteriorated greatly. Maybe due to Covid. But there?s one thing to... struggle to get orders out quickly and another thing to be rude about the mistakes of the business. Even though a service theycontract with to take orders screwed mine up, I was told they are not responsible for them and they are out of India. Yet thenumber I dial for their business sends me to that service, hence Donatos you are responsible for how they represent yourbusiness. That said I?m a lover of their pizza, just hate I have to use this one on cinti Dayton road. I truly hope they getback to good customer service. Read more

After arriving at the time I was told my pizza would be done, I was informed that I was 27 minutes early. I was told I can't... expect to get my pizza at the time I was told because it was a Friday or Saturday night, and it seems the restaurant acceptszero responsibility for the Donatos call center straight up lying to their customers. Apparently it's MY fault for showing upwhen I was told the pizza was done. I will NEVER be going back. So keep in mind if you ever order here, which I do notrecommend, you will have no idea when to actually pick up your pizza. And it will be your fault if you guess wrong. Read more

I received a pizza that literally had a slice from a different and smaller sized pizza! It's like someone wanted a slice of it... and instead of making a new pizza, they took a piece out of a smaller pizza and tried to make it look like it fit(clearly didn'tplease see pics). I called the location immediately and they told me to contact the delivery service as it wasnt their problem. The entire order was burnt as well and some parts not edible. Great pizza and it was even ordered last minute and on a holiday. The worker was fantastic and had a great attitude even though... they are short staffed and it was last minute. Definitely loved the pizza! Give the dude at the register a raise ???? ???? ???? Read more
