We were told not to go here by an attendant at a Hotel we stayed at because the place went down hill and the quality of food was... poor...... He Was Wrong. The servers were diligent. The restaurant was clean. The food was very good. The environment and energyof the restaurant was laid back and friends/family oriented. You could easily talk without screaming across the table. The otherrestaurant he sent us to the time before has the same owner? So, I'm not sure why he gave this place such a bad rap. The actualmenus are the same. The only major difference of the other place is the newness of the restaurant and the energy. The otherrestaurant is newer, has high energy and is LOUD (But cleverly decorated) while this restaurant is older, low key and quiet. Read more

Rancho grande is the best !! Came for an ikea trip and had the best lunch and drink.

Poor experience tonight. The restaurant was moderately busy around 7:30p. We stopped in for dinner after movie. 2 people from... out party got the completely wrong order, charges for any substitution. Even a soft drink is $4. Food wasn't hot just warmwhen we got it. Hotel recommended and I am happy they did. Had a top shelf margarita which was delicious and ordered the street tacos for... dinner. The chorizo tacos were tasty and surprisingly not too greasy and the carnitas taco had great flavor. While I have to say when management changed their was a period when I questioned this restaurants future. Things now have a... definite up turn. Started with some chips and salsa, along with a margarita. Ordered some soft tacos (mix of beef and chicken)and was pleasantly surprised how good they were. The staff was great. Will be putting this place back on my regular rotation. Hint: come on margarita Monday. After 3 tacos and rice and three margarita was out the door for less than $30 Read more
