This is my second time here and I was kinda just as disappointed as the first time. Stood up front for a while before running to... the restroom (toilets low, very smelly) and back to the front for someone to notice I was there. Lady sat me and was gone.Another lady came to take my order but wasn't really sure about the meal option set up. I got my food but part was missing. Shemoved so fast I couldn't tell which if either lady she was. A part was missing and after waiting 5 minutes I went looking forsomeone. After several excuse me's I was just like hellllloooo is a pretty raised voice to get someone to appear and provide therest of my meal. Although the hasbrowns were not on the original plate there was scraps of it as though it had once been there.Fairly empty, food was okay at best. No longer hungry but won't be back. Read more
I know when you have a low employee turnout, you are going to get slow. Service is going to suffer a little, and it?s just going... to be a long sit in. This ihop is no different than any other, I think it was updated about ten+ years ago, but I think it?sdue for a new coat of paint and polish because you can just see things need to be either repaired or honestly replaced. Had a really solid breakfast experience here with my coworkers. Our waitress was very pleasant and prompt. Food came out in a... timely manner, whole order was correct, Refills were spot on. I should have grabbed the young woman's name. She really made theexperience. I would hesitate to go back to this location. Thanks for a solid visit. Read more
It's been 4 years since I was last here. The food still as good as ever. The buildings look has changed to i think a more modern... look which is nice and the atmosphere inside is nice. For food we got the pancake combo platter with two pancakes, some meat,eggs and hasbrowns. I had the banana and strawberry pancakes and she had the cheesecake strawberry pancakes and everything cameout perfectly. Seriously gotta find out how they do desert pancakes at home. Not a weekly place for me because of the long drivebut definetly a good place to eat with family! Read more
Really like this location. The food was perfect and the service was excellent, and we were there during shift change.
We did not have complete service here. Our hostess and waitress seems to have a 'whatever' attitude with my family. We were... seated next to the kitchen door with a lot of loud talking going on. There were only three customers seated with a restaurantfull of empty seats. I asked her we could we move to a window booth she said no, that section is closed. So I asked for themanager. She seemed a little more reasonable, listened to my story, and thanked us for coming. Read more
Stopped in here around 8:30 on a Saturday and there were a few people in the restaurant, not that busy. Waitress was nice and... attentive. Heard loud rap music coming from the kitchen which was a little off-putting, but was eventually turned down.Understand that this isn't a high end restaurant and everyone is just trying to get through their shift, but still could havenot been a thing at all. Food and coffee were ok, nothing out of this world. Has been a few years since I've been to an IHopand may be a few more before I'm back. Read more
Hadn't been to IHOP in a long time and had never been to this location. I walked in the door they look busy. A guy that was... leaving said "not much wait and the food was great better than usual". I thought well that's good nope we got there too late. Iwas 10:40 party of 2 we waited half hour to get a table we waited almost another half hour for the food. The pancakes were nothot with a tiny bit of butter, the ham was burnt and dried. I asked the waitress for some more butter and she bought back thebutter that was very cold and hard. Wouldn't melt because the pancakes weren't hot. The waitress never came back to see if weneeded something and we had to flag her down to get our check. Manager kept walking around looking for places to seat people.While there were no tables to seet he could have been refilling people's drinks and asking them how they're doing but no. It wasobvious they were short staffed like every other place. I doubt I'll try IHOP again. Read more
