I visited Johnny’s last night for my niece’s birthday dinner and was upset by the time I left. The greeters and servers were... great with the party but the kitchen staff not so much. I am very particular about what I eat so I asked my sever if it would bean issue with my order before I placed it and was assured it shouldn’t be a problem but yet it was. I ordered the chickenParmesan without the marinara sauce added shrimp and got risotto as my side when my order came out my shrimp were over cookedand dry so I sent those back and what was viable on top looked like what I had ordered but as I was packing up my box to takehome I noticed that the second piece of chicken I had on my plate was placed in marinara sauce and still served to me when Iomitted it from my order completely here’s my problem with that so the kitchen thought it was acceptable to still send me thatpiece of chicken when I didn’t want the sauce not being concerned nor care about my dietary restrictions and or possibleallergies instead of just throwing that piece away you never know the situation you can put a person in by just doing what youwant to do instead of doing what is asked by the customer for whatever reason they ask for it to be done and with it happeningto me just image how many other customers they possibly exposed to something that could put them at risk by not remakingsomething that was made wrong. I’ve tried calling the restaurant to talk to someone but no one is answering the phone so thisis the point of the review. This was my first experience dining here and it definitely doesn’t give me the motivation to wantto visit again. For this to be an upscale restaurant they kitchen staff really needs to be educated and consulted on propercooking and risk factors in the kitchen. Read more

I came in to dine with Kandi. She's a Bartender. I had the shrimp cocktail, the horseradish crusted NY Strip with the garlic... mashed potatoes and some Kentucky Bourbon Barrel on draft. We held our alumni gathering here and the food was very good along with the service except for the bartender. Apparently our... group was having a good time laughing, eating and drinking. The bartender felt they were too loud and began being very rude tothem. We approached management and they promised to address the situation. We hope they did. Other than that, all was well. Normally we avoid restaurants attached to hotels. We even passed this place up once before but our hotel front desk said we... should give it a try. We were greated warmly and sat promptly. Our waitress was friendly and helped with recommendations. Wetried the stuffed bread app to see if the place was worth staying. It was fantastic. Ordered drinks and settled in. Orderedchicken Alfredo and the crusted filet medallions. Chicken was a little dry but the sauce sold it. Medallions were cookedperfectly and crust was not over done. Mashed potatoes were done well. Decided to get dessert to go and take it back to theHilton we were staying at. Chocolate cake was great but could have used another minute to cook. Cinnamon ice cream wasperfect. The staff and ambiance were very nice. My food was subpar but i got the cheapest item on the menu so i got what i paid for. Omar... was our server and did an excellent job keeping us in check (we were a bachelor party of 10). He was quick with the drinks andeven accommodated a special request very nicely. Read more

Took my wife for mother's day dinner. We both got steak she got the filet with mashed potatoes and veggies and I got the... parmesan crusted NY strip with a baked potato. Steaks were cooked perfect and I really liked the parmesan crust. We both hadsalad that came with the meals and they were delicious. We also each got a cup of the french onion soup and it was probably thebest I have ever had. You also get bread with oil and it was very good. Prices are very reasonable.
