This location has been a hot mess for the last couple of years. Always ?out of things? or machine is in ?cleaning mode?. Reality... is the staff either doesn?t know how to make or want to make. Dining room typically closed drive-through only. Last moth sat atthe order screen for 15 minutes with no response. Drove to the window where everyone laughed because they all forgot to puttheir headsets on. Tonight stopped for a flavored coffee. Machine was ?in cleaning mode?. Absolutely the worst experience ever. First I pulled up to be handed a half filled root beer when I asked them to fill it they... had an attitude. Then asked if BBQ sauce was in bag and slammed window then came back with one for a ten piece nugget. Got homeand opened my sandwich to this burnt hard fish that has a piece of cheese that looks like it is so old it is wrinkled up andslipped on tarter sauce ended up throwing the whole thing away. The nuggets were so hard my dog wouldn?t even eat them and thefries were old looked like they had been laying in fry bin for hours. Oh and the half filled root beer ended up being a cherrycoke even though I asked for a root beer. I called to ask for owners number and the manager said he didn?t know it I said golook on drive thru window that is where it is he put me on hold and never came back- Do better this has nothing to do with shortstaffing it has to do with workers who do not care or owner. We are unfortunate enough that this McDonald's location is nearest to our home. So it has been the location we've been to most... until now. I refuse to spend any more money at McDonald's, at least this one. We have had so many issues that you just don'tever run into at other locations. Crazy long wait times in the drive thru, extremely rude workers with nasty attitudes, missingfood or the wrong food given more times than I can count and today was the straw that broke the camel's back. My husband justgot home from picking up happy meals for the kids. When they opened up their meals, we were stunned to see that the outside ofthe chicken nuggets were soggy. I mean, actually wet. And the inside was FROZEN! Honest to God. I had to throw them in the airfryer which isn't any huge task but the whole point of paying for fast food is the convenience of not having to cook and savingtime. Which clearly was not accomplished by paying for food at this sorry excuse for a restaurant. Never again. I don't know ifcorporate or anyone higher up in the company even reads these things, but you guys have a problem on your hands with the Pisgahlocation McDonald's. And I'm not the only person around here that knows it. Read more

I was in the drive thru and decided to try the lobby since there is now a sign that says lobby open. Lobby not open and now 4... more cars behind. Once again another brilliant move on the part of the worst McDonald?s ever. If the owners decide to read thisim sure they will blame Covid/manpower. Just shut this location down please. Read more

It's tough rating fast food nowadays...I completely understand how staff shortages affect a business of any type...but I can't... give 5 stars for good food when it takes 20-30 mins to get thru a drive-thru line of 3 cars...and the lobby is constantlyclosed, although there's a sign oit front claiming it's open. Once you get your food, it's been consistently hot and typicallygood for McDonald's. Read more

I mobile ordered through the app. When I pulled into the drive thru, my payment went through on my phone, and the woman at the... speaker told me to pull forward. I got to the payment window and a different woman said that they hadn't actually gotten myorder, and spent about ten minutes looking for my mobile order in their system and couldn't find it. Even after showing them myemail receipt (showing the correct location) and that my card was charged, they couldn't give me my food. They said I would haveto be rung up and pay again and told me to keep the receipt so I could dispute the earlier charge, but the receipt they gave medidn't even have the correct order on it. Now I have to call my bank to get my money back as neither the app nor the store wouldhelp me get a refund. Read more

We normally try to avoid this location. We went tonight because it has a very convenient location. I don?t mind and encourage... employees having fun at work as long as the line keeps moving and the food is consistently. The line moved well, but the foodwas pretty bad. The fries were brown, hard, and crazy salty. Honestly I threw my food out. My kids ate and they said theirnuggets were like cardboard. From what I could see they were really just overcooked or had been sitting under the heater fortoo long just like the fries. Possibly the worst restaurant in Cincinnati.. ordered a single plan for my dog. This is what was in the bag a couple of... pickles,mustard, ketchup and some onions. everything that I didn't want. So they kept my hamburger and the bun. French frieswere not cooked. Chicken nuggets raw to the point where unedible. What a pitiful store Read more
