Panera wants to avoid any customer interactions. Forced to order at. Kiosk. No ability to customize what you want (some food to... stay; other items take away). 1. The whole time we were waiting for the breakfast sandwich we saw the croissant just sitting there forever, nobody was doing... anything with it. The pattie was there on a dirty surface, someone walked by started to play with it, almost throwing it away,finally someone said that they needed it. Ugh. I like Panera. The asiago bagels are amazing. Their soup's are the bomb. I mean seriously you can't go wrong when it comes to... the food. The only problem I have with this place is I think they are entirely too expensive. I got two asiago bagels, a cookie,and a mountain dew and it was almost $12. To me that's just a little too expensive but I say it again the food is great. Read more
I?m certain the majority of everyone who works here, at least the ones I saw, do not like their job. While we were there placing... our order a gentleman came up and asked where something was that he needed for his coffee and the girl at the register, blondegirl with glasses, just said ?should be over there? and just pointed to the coffee station. When he didn?t see it, he came backand she never acknowledged him again. Finally someone preparing the food helped him. Then while we were waiting in our food, agentleman came up and asked if someone could heat up his soup a little for him. The girl just looked at him like he was speakinganother language before taking it and just saying ?sure.? Never apologized for anything. Very monotone and blah. This is how itis most of the time I go here. I do encounter some very nice employees so it?s not all of them! Came in right at closing. Staff was super friendly and food was delicious. After leaving, I realized I left my purse at an... outside table (sat outside so we wouldn't hinder the closing process.) I called and they checked for me and waited until wereturned to pick it up. Thank you P! Read more
Ordered an Asian sesame salad and it looked like this. Third of the salad was just the bottom of the bunch. No cilantro. And... very few almonds. The rest of the order was alright I've run into this before with Panera although not this particular one. They'll sell you the salad requested and then not put all the items expected in the salad because they are out Recently I'vetried to put in orders and at least their app has indicated they were out of selections.
