The last time ate Papa Johns it was very nice. But my dad was door dashing, good place to get food though.

This place has become a joke. Ordered from here regularly. They mess up frequently, but today's experience is epitome of all.... Ordered Philly's Cheese Steak, carry out. When went to pick up pizza saw workers playing with utensils and dropping on the floorand re-using them without even washing. Picked up pizza. Came home to know all the pizza is firmly stuck to the pizza box likeas if its super glued. Went back to return the pizza. The guy over there threw an attitude. Got refund. Literally EVERYTHING was wrong...first the delivery driver was lost for 10 minutes on the phone with me. Then i instantly notice... they forgot my (2) 2 liters I mentioned it to the driver he said he couldn't go back and get it. I open my food and everythingwas either the wrong item or they got it done wrong when doing the order...Called up to the store to speak with another personand he asked for my name and when i gave it said i wasnt in the system, and hung up while i was trying to find a solution. But ihave pizza receipt to prove it from the pizza boxes. They also didnt give me any plates or napkins for a large order...Worstfast food order issues and customer service issues i've experienced so far...training is needed in this establishment..also ifyour accent is so thick its hard to understand you in normal conversation you definitely should not be on a phone Read more

I've had multiple delivery issues with this location. Any more, if I actually have to have Papa John's I pick up so I can check... my order. Case in point, ordered two pizzas and an order of breadsticks tonight. After 90 minutes, our two pizzas arrived withno breadsticks. When I asked the driver about it, the driver didn't seem to care much and just replied to call the store butthat they were busy and it would probably be "a while" before they would bring breadsticks. Called the store and was told theywould send out breadsticks "as soon as possible". It's been 45 minutes and they just arrived. Read more

Quicker when you order online. Decent service considering how busy they were.

Update: Ordered at 530 on a Thursday and didn't get it till 7. Also the food tasted and smelled like cigarettes. Contacted... the manager and he said he would refund my order. No refund was ever received or further follow up. Really disappointed. Thisspecific location has always been amazing. Food is always hot and the drivers and employees are extremely kind. Does this look like extra extra cheese? In a pizza recipe they have a base layer of cheese. Then if you ask for extra you get... even more cheese, then if you request a second cheese you get 3 total cheese toppings. Officially done with papa John's. Read more
