3rd time there this year. First two times were alright. The price is steep for the product. The burgers typically tasted good... though. The third time...we left. Note first that they were not busy at all and had ample employees. It took 5 minutes to getgreeted. 1 server passed 3 times another twice. Before telling someone that we were there. The host then came to the stand, didnot say anything looked at us as if we were a burden then sat us again without saying anything. (We were not even complainingabout the unfriendly atmosphere at this point). With no apologize for you wait as people were just standing around, and no yourserver will be right with you(hostess was not welcoming) and the lethargic energy from the servers, we decide to leave once wesat down. Went next door to twin peaks which was more expensive and had a full parking lot, yet the service was prompt, friendlyand the food was delicious. 3 strikes as far as I am concerned. I'm done. The northern portion of the Parking Lot was blocked off on this visit due to resealing of the asphalt surface - had to maneuver... around the barricades in order to pull through the one lane driveway. Restaurant was mostly empty save for three other tables(perhaps the barricades where off-putting?). The two of us were promptly seated, and Lauren made her way over to take our drinkorder. Lauren was friendly and attentive, the food came out hot, and relatively quick. Beer was cold (but a bit pricey at $6.25a glass). It?s a nice splurge once in a while, and apparently, they have decent kid?s specials. Read more

One of my favorite hamburger stops. I had the royal burger and fries. I was offered more fries but they gave me all I needed on... my plate. I would have gave a 5 but the burger slid apart when it arrived at my table. Read more

I'm impressed. it might have the perfect time, but our service here was super fast. maybe even a little too fast. our server... would ask Us if we wanted something, and before she'd get 10 feet, someone else would bring it to us. whiskey river bbq burgerand garlic fries was great. they were "out" of my favorite beer though. They charge you $16 for their new 'brisket burger', which presumably means you're paying for $4+ of brisket. In reality, you get... about a teaspoon's worth. Burger was delicious tho. Read more

Disappointed in this order. I was charged a tip for curbside pick up, but no one answered the phone, and I still had to get out... and go inside. Lastly, my cheese sticks were overcooked. I mean, my hollow sticks! Update: They redeemed themselves on thisvisit! Everything was great, even the cheese sticks. Read more

This was my husband's and my first time ever at any Red Robin and we were greatly impressed. Jordan was our server, she was... friendly, personable, and prompt. We have never had such speedy service before. From the drinks to the meal and even dessert.Jordan was even mindful to ask how our food was while neither of us had food in our mouth, so we could actually respond withoutthe thumps up motion or attempting to speak the word "good" with our mouths full. Not only was the service top notch, but so wasthe food. I can't say enough good things about our visit. Read more
