Came with family on a Sunday, ambience was great, place seemed clean, they gave us a table pretty fast. The food was delicious,... we got the bone fire, still smoking and hot. Soo good! Service was exceptional, our server Alyssa was great describing all theoptions, and answering our questions. She took care nothing was missing and we were enjoying our dinner. First time here really enjoyed the food and was a pleasant date night. Alexis was wonderful quick and nice and very informative... even let us know about portions on the menu since we ordered the BoneFire which was very good however the portions are a bitsmaller than for two. Update my review I returned our un finished meal that we were NOT satisfied with and the. Manager Jason was very kind and... understanding and made this situation right on our behalf. I want to make sure people understand one bad mean doesn’t meanit’s a bad place some time things just bottom out on certain shifts . Must have been a very busy night when we ordereddelivery! ! Food was very cold the Ribs from RIBFEAST dry as hell mango habenaro flavored wings were very over done (dominoswould have been a better choice for wing)and dry as well and the pork belly tips look like v**** and are so Soggy and mushy. And they didn’t deliver the drinks . Spent a $60 on meal that we can’t even enjoy . Very unsatisfide and when I called tothe restaurant to tell them about this NO ONE answers the phone and the managers message box is full not able to exceptmessages. We were here with a large group which we have done before with excellent service. However, this time it was streamly slow. ... From taking the drink order and not bringing them, to forgetting to take some order, down to the orders that he did take thefood sat under the warming lamps for almost 30 minutes. Pulled pork was pretty good with the garlic toast but the sides leave alot to be desired. Potato wedges were just large slices... of potato with very little seasoning. Mac and cheese was terrible with 50% of the noodles not covered in anything. Mac andcheese was also a ultimate side that you had to pay more for. My family is staying in the area for the night so we decided to try a new restaurant for dinner. The reviews were good and they... were open late. So we chose Smokey Bones. Our server was Joshua and he was great from start to finish. Everything we ate wasamazing, the wings, the pulled pork, the chicken, the fries...and when the bill came we were pleasantly surprised at the amount.We expected it to be another $20 or $30 for the kind of food they serve and the amount you get.
