I went in on a day that had a special for two medium smoothies for $10. Despite that, I ordered 2 Large smoothies. After leaving... I realized that I had received 2 Medium smoothies. I looked at my receipt and had been charged for 2 Larges. (over $20) . Icalled and the manager apologized and told me that I would have a $10 credit (or a free Large smoothie) the next time I came inunder my name. When i went to redeem this, i was told there was no way to validate it and they couldn't offer me what waspromised. Normally I love this place, and am a frequent customer. I understand that people make mistakes but I also would liketo receive what I pay for, or for it to be made right. I will not be going back. Read more
Went to buy protein powder, the price on their 32oz Galdiator brand was 39.99. When I went to pay for it the employee said it... rung up as being 44.99. I showed her the price sticker on it, she said that she wasn't the one who put it on it and she wouldnot honor that price. Bad business practice.
