The... eggplant in sauce is so good, one could have this alone and leave very, very happy, except for wanting to take some more home.The hummus was fresh and served with warm, wonderful bread. The Adena kabob was truly excellent! Then, by recommendation fromthe talented, knowledgeable and attentive Adam, we ordered the freshly made pistachio baklava. My husband introduced me to this place today. Wowwwww…aaaamazzzingggg. The hummus with olive oil, the red lintel soup, I... ordered the lamb and my husband got the chicken. Sooo gooood. Sultans Mediterranean my favorite restaurant in the US and I travel A LOT! I come here every time I'm in West Chester and it... always makes my day so much better. It's almost unbelievable how exquisitely flavored and textured every dish here is; I haveyet to try something that doesn't literally make me moan at my seat.
